| Objectives:1.To explore the cognitive reasoning ability of major depressive disorder;2.To explore the relationship between personality traits and cognitive reasoning ability of major depressive disorder;3.The relationship between cognitive rea soning ability,personality traits and symptoms of major depressive disorder;fM RI brain imaging technique was used to explore the correlation between cogniti ve reasoning ability,personality traits and whole brain resting state activities of major depressive disorder.Methods:Part ?:46 major depressive disorders were included in the MDD group and 20 hea Ithy testees were included in the HC group after two specialist trained psychiatrists were diagnosed according to the clinical diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the(DSM-?)of the United States Mental Illness Diagnostic and statistical manual.After the diagnosis,a researcher adopted the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Raven' s Progressive Matrices(RPM),Eisenke Personality Questionnaire(EP Q),Leigh Hand questionnaire and other tools for the two groups of subjects to carry out general data,clinical symptoms,Data collection such as cognitive reasoning ability and per sonality traits.Part II:Use Philips Achieva 3.0t magnetic resonance inager from Netherl ands Philips company,the standard 8-channel head coil for image acquisition.The preprocessing part uses MRIcron to convert the obtained DCOM data into a NIFTI format image that is recognizable by rest software,and then uses res t software to perform local consistency analysis(ReHo)respectively to extract the ReHo values of the two groups of subjects with significant differences in t he two independent sample T tests,The correlation between the dimension of personality traits and raven standard reasoning ability factor was analyzed.Results:1.Depression group(MDD):a total of 46 people,including 16 males(34.78%)and 30 females(65.22%),aged 16 to 52 years old,average age is 26.96±11.06 years old,the average education years is 12.61±3.74 years,Hamilton depression scale scores are 24.76±9.85 points,Hamilton anxiety scale scores a re 14.79 ± 7.90 points,including without depression 3 people,moderate depressi on 24 people,severe depression 19 people.Healthy control group(HC group):a total of 20 patients,including 6 males(30%)and 14 females(70%),aged f rom 18 to 48 years old,with an average age is 24.65 ± 8.2 years old,and an a verage years of education is 13.81±2.99 years.The Hamilton depression scale scores are all<7 points.There were no significant differences between the two groups in age(t=0.383,p=0.706),gender composition(?2=0.036,p=0.187)and years of education(Z=-1.76,p=0.078).2.In major depressive disorder's Raven's Progressive Matrices,Raven's correct number,IQ number,series relationship ability,abstract reasoning ability and co mparative reasoning ability correct number,score of nember were lower in the Raven' s Progressive Matrices of MDD group than in the HC group(t=2.895,t=2.983,t=2.803,t=3.444,p<0.01,t=2.415,p<0.01).The total score of mental anxiety f actor of major depressive disorder was negatively correlated with similar compa rative ability,and the results were statistically significant(r=-0.320*,P<0.0]).3.The score of neuroticism in MDD group was higher than that in health y control group(t=3.547,p<0.01),while the score of introversion and extrover sion was lower than that in healthy control group(t=-3.964,p<0.01),with stati stically significant difference.There was no significant difference in mental quali ty and degree of dissembling(t=0.537,t=0.656,p>0.05).The neuroticism in MD D patients was negatively correlated with the total score of HAMD,anxiety so matization factor and body weight factor(r=-0.292,r=-0.299,r=-0.316,p<0.01),a nd the results were statistically different.However,psychomotor,introversion and introversion,and degree of cover-up have a low correlation with Hamilton de pression symptom factor,and there may be other non-linear relationships.There was a positive correlation between psychotropic substance and somatic anxiety factor in personality traits of MDD patients(r=0.373,p<0.05),and the results were statistically different.The introversion and introversion of personality traits were negatively correlated with the correct number of perceptual discriminatio n ability and the correct number of comparability ability(r=-0.264,r=-0.151,p<0.01),and the results were statistically different.4.Compared with the healthy control group,the areas of increased local c onsistency in the depression group were left superior gyrus and left precuneus(t=3.7917,t=3.4248).The regions where local consistency decreased were left in ferior temporal gyrus,right middle occipital gyrus,left inferior occipital gyrus,right lingual gyrus,left lingual gyrus,right middle temporal gyrus,and left pos terior central gyrus(t=-4.6296,t=-3.5778,t=-3.911,t=-3.8822,t=-3.5697,t=-3.7512,t=-3.6609).There was a significant negative correlation between the right middle temporal gyrus and comparability and perceptual discrimination(r=-0.31 l,p=0.044,r=-0.318,p=0.039).The right inferior occipital gyrus was significantly positively correlated with neuroticism(r=-0.351,p=0.025).Conclusion:1.The Raven's Progressive Matrices with major depressive disorder had a good level of IQ,but was lower than the level of intelligence in the healthy control group.Major depressive disorder have the abstract concept of cognitive reasoning ability and logical reasoning and other deep thinking analysis defect s.Cognitive function rating scale can be used as neuropsychological test indicat ors and intervention methods to the recovery of social function and rehabiliatio ng of major depressive disorder.2.Major depressive disorder with high neurotic dimension are more likely to feel anxious,so that systemic symptoms and weight changes are more obvi ous,and the cognitive reasoning ability of depression is closely related to the i nternal and external dimensions of personality,and the deep thinking ability of patients with low extroverted dimension depression is poor.In the context of high incidence of major depressive disorder and poor prognosis,clinical work may be able to pay attention to the personality characteristics of major depressi ve disorder early psychological intervention,and then find ways to improve the cure rate of the disease.3.There are extensive abnormalities in ReHo in the brain function of pati ents with depression,which are mainly located in the parietal lobe,temporal lo be and occipital lobe,indicating that depression is a mental disorder involving multiple brain regions and systems.Personality traits are closely related to the s ynchronicity of spontaneous neuron activity and provide further evidence for th e prediction of personality traits by individual brain activity.The impairment of temporal lobe brain function may be the cause of the decline of cognitive reas oning ability of major depressive disorder.. |
