Objectives:To understand the disease knowledge,diet,exercise,self-efficacy and biochemical indicators of pre-diabetes among the physical examination staff of a third-grade hospital in Yunnan Province; And to explore the application effect of protection motivation theory combined with mobile medical APP health education model on the self-efficacy level of pre-diabetes population,To provides theoretical and clinical trial basis for the transformation of the health belief model of pre-diabetes in Yunnan ProvinceMethods:In this study,we selected from July to December 2017 to go to a physical examination center of a third-grade hospital in Yunnan Province for physical examination, physical examination and laboratory examination.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,66 patients with informed consent were studied. The patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n=31)and control group(n=29).The control group was given health education intervention measures for mobile medical APP,while the intervention group was given health education based on the theory of protection motivation and combined with mobile medical APP.Anthropometry, clinical indicators, diet and exercise behavior, knowledge and self-efficacy were investigated before intervention,1,3 and 6 months after intervention, and compared at different time points after intervention. The statistical methods adopted include t test,z test,x2 test, repeated measurement variance analysis(normal distribution is expressed by mean ± standard deviation,non-normal distribution is expressed by quartile method)for corresponding statistical inference and description.Results:1.The analysis of variance analysis of anthropometric and clinical biochemical indicators in the two groups showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in BMI,fasting blood glucose,TC and TG(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between group and time(P<0.05);After controlling for time factors, there was no significant difference in group effect between BMI and TG(P>0.05).There was significant difference in group effect between fasting blood glucose and TC(P<0.05).At the same time, there was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in fasting blood glucose(P<0.05).There was no difference between TC and TG in the first month after intervention(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the points(P<0.05).The BMI,fasting blood glucose,TC and TG in the intervention group decreased significantly with time.2.The results of variance analysis of dietary and exercise behaviors in the two groups showed that there were significant differences in dietary behavior and exercise behavior between the two groups(P<0.05).There was interaction between energy intake and exercise behavior group and time. There was a statistically significant difference in effect and group effect(P<0.05),but there was no interaction between fat intake and group effect(P>0.05).From each time point, the diet of the two groups was observed. There was no significant difference in the first month after behavioral intervention(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the first month after exercise behavior intervention(P<0.05).The third month and the third month after the intervention of diet and exercise behavior in the two groups. There was a significant difference in 6 months(P<0.05).The dietary behavior of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the exercise behavior was significantly higher than that of the control group3.The knowledge and self-efficacy repeated measures analysis of variance between the two groups showed that there were significant differences in the knowledge scores,self-efficacy scores, group effect differences and group and time interactions between the two groups(P<0.05).From each time point, there was no difference in knowledge scores and self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the other time points were significantly different(P<0.05);the knowledge score of the intervention group,The self-efficacy score was higher than that of the control group, and the upward trend was obvious.Conclusions:1.Based on the theory of protection motivation, combined with the intervention mode of "Your Doctor" APP,improve the knowledge level of disease knowledge of pre-diabetes patients, improve the unhealthy diet and exercise behavior of patients, thus improve the self-efficacy level of patients' diet and exercise, and reduce the fasting blood glucose of patients.2.The health education intervention model based on the theory of protection motivation combined with mobile medical APP is applicable to patients with pre-diabetes,and has a good effect on improving their self-efficacy level, promoting their health behavior formation and fasting blood glucose control.
