ObjectiveBased on the observation of ultrasound, sex hormone levels, serum vitamin A,vitamin D,vitamin E and IGF-1 levels in girls with early breast development in 4-8years old, analysis of uterus, ovarian ultrasound, breast ultrasound and serum sex hormones in girls with breast development in 4-8 years, and explore the relationship between vitamin A,vitamin D,vitamin E and IGF-1 and premature breast development in 4-8 year old girls.Methods171 cases of 4-8 year old girls who were diagnosed with premature breast development for the first time in the outpatient department of Dalian Children's Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were collected as the experimental group;among them, there were breast ultrasound, ovarian ultrasound and uterine ultrasound data.Of the 146 patients served as the experimental group A.Then divide them into 2 groups according to age,60 cases of 4-6 years old girls as experimental A1 group,86 cases of6-8 years old girls as experimental A2 group; From the 171 cases of premature breast development,51 cases with breast ultrasound, ovarian ultrasound, uterine ultrasound data and serum estradiol, prolactin, progesterone, luteinizing hormone, and follicle stimulating hormone were selected as the experimental group B;From the 171 cases of premature breast development,30 cases with serum vitamin A,vitamin D,vitamin E and IGF-1 were selected as the experimental group C.At the same time,114 cases of 4-8 year-old girls who underwent health examinations in our clinic during the same period were collected as the control group,of which 91 people had breast ultrasound, ovarian ultrasound, and uterine ultrasound data as the control group A;30 cases of E and IGF-1were used as control group B.Summarize the uterine, ovarian, and breast data and serum vitamin A,D,E,IGF-1,and sex hormone levels of all girls enrolled in the study, and then use the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical tool for statistical analysis.Normal distribution test, the data conforming to the normal distribution, the t test is used for comparison between groups, and the measurement data is expressed as mean ±standard deviation;the count data is expressed as a percentage(%),and the chi-squaretest is used for comparison between groups; The data do not conform to the normal distribution.Nonparametric rank-sum tests are used for comparison between groups.Measurement data are expressed by median(quartile [M(P25-P75)].Two correlation variables are analyzed by correlation and Pearson correlation is used.analysis.Result1.The volume of uterus and ovary in experiment group A is larger than that in control group A,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;2.The volume of breast, uterus and ovary in experiment A1 group is smaller than that in experiment A2 group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;3.The volume of breast, uterus and ovary in group B had no obvious correlation with E2,P,PRL,LH,LH/FSH,P>0.05;4.Comparison of serum vitamin D level and vitamin D deficiency rate between experimental group C and control group B,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;5.Comparison of serum vitamin A level, vitamin E level, vitamin A deficiency rate and vitamin E deficiency rate between experimental group C and control group B,P>0.05,no statistically significant difference;6.Comparison of serum IGF-1 level between experimental group C and control group B,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;Conclusion1.The results of the study showed that the uterine and ovarian volumes of girls with premature breast development at 4-8 years were greater than those of healthy girls at 4-8 years, suggesting that girls with premature breast development had larger uterine and ovarian volumes than healthy girls.2.The results of the study showed that the uterine volume, ovarian volume, and breast volume of girls with early breast development at 6-8 years were greater than those of 4-6 years of age, suggesting that uterine volume, ovarian volume, and breast volume of girls with early breast development increased with age.3.The results of the study showed that breast volume, uterine volume, and ovarian volume were not significantly correlated with serum E2,P,PRL,LH,and LH / FSH in girls with premature breast development at the age of 4-8 years.Increasing the level of sex hormones may not be a single factor, but it is also necessary to consider whether it is related to the duration of sex hormones, that is,the course of the disease.4.The results show that serum vitamin D levels in girls with premature breast development at the age of 4-8 years are significantly lower than those in healthy girls, while serum vitamin D deficiency rates in girls with premature breast development at the age of 4-8 years are significantly higher than those in healthy girls, suggesting that serum vitamin D levels may 8-year-old girl is associated with early breast development.5.The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in serum vitamin A,vitamin E,serum IGF-1 levels, vitamin A deficiency rates, and vitamin E deficiency rates between 4-8 years old girls and healthy girls, suggesting serum vitamin A,vitamin E,and IGF The-1 level has nothing to do with the possibility of simple early breast development in 4-8 year old girls. It is also necessary to consider the small sample size that leads to the deviation of the statistical results, and it is necessary to further expand the sample size for subsequent research.
