| Objective:Through the study of brain CT images of the elderly examined in the Meng Hospital of Xing'an League and the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities of Tongliao City,the detection rate of brain diseases of the elderly examined in the two hospitals,the characteristics of the diseased parts and the research of dementia were provided.Methods:1.Based on the sampling survey method,the brain CT image data of the elderly aged over 65 years old between January 2016 and December 2018,5285 in Xing'an League,5416 in Tongliao City and 10701 in total were selected for the study.2.The brain CT images collected by Xing'an League and Tongliao City were used to study the characteristics in 2016,2017 and 2018 according to the calculation proportion of age,brain disease and brain disease location.3.According to the detection rate of brain diseases and the detection rate of brain disease parts,the data of brain CT images of the elderly over 65 years old in Xing'an League and Tongliao City were statistically analyzed to study the characteristics of brain disease parts.4.Philips 16 row spiral CT was used in both regions.Results:1.From 2016 to 2018,there were 5285 brain CT images of the elderly over 65 years old in Xing'an League,including 2208 males and 3077 females,accounting for 42%and 58%respectively.In 2016,2017 and 2018,the detection rates of Sasa were 35%,38%and 45%,respectively.According to the age of 65?,70?,80 years old and above,the proportion is 46%,43%,11%respectively.In 2016,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy was 95%,21%and 95%,respectively.In 2017,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy were 97%,21%and 96%,respectively.In 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy were 96%,21%and 99%,respectively.The prevalence of SA disease increased year by year,in which cerebral infarction increased slightly,cerebral hemorrhage did not change significantly,and brain atrophy increased significantly with age.2.From 2016 to 2018,there were 5416 brain CT images of the elderly over 65 years old in Tongliao City,including 2179 males and 3237 females,accounting for 40%and 60%respectively.In 2016,2017 and 2018,the detection rates of Sasa were 34%,38%and 42%,respectively.According to the age of 65?,70?,80 years old and above,the proportion is 48%,41%,11%respectively.In 2016,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy were 92%,20%and 95%,respectively.In 2017,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy were 95%,21%and 97%,respectively.In 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral atrophy were 96%,21%and 97%,respectively.The prevalence of SA disease increased year by year,in which cerebral infarction increased slightly,cerebral hemorrhage did not change significantly,brain atrophy increased significantly with age,but the annual growth was not obvious.Conclusion:1.According to the statistics of brain CT image data of the elderly in Xing'an League and Tongliao City,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction and brain atrophy in the elderly are one of the causes of dementia,so the data basis is provided for the distribution and prevention of dementia.2.In 2016,2017 and 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction was 29%,31%and 36%respectively;the proportion of cerebral hemorrhage was 6%,6%and 8%respectively.From 2016 to 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction was 96%,the proportion of cerebral hemorrhage was 21%,and the proportion of Alzheimer's disease was 4.5:1.In 2016,2017 and 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction was 27%,32%and 35%respectively,and the proportion of cerebral hemorrhage was 6%,7%and 7%respectively.From 2016 to 2018,the proportion of cerebral infarction was 94%,the proportion of cerebral hemorrhage was 21%,and the proportion of Alzheimer's disease was 4.4:1.Dementia is one of the more and more diseases that affect human health.This study provides an objective basis for the understanding and prevention of dementia characteristics of the elderly in Xing'an League and Tongliao City.3.The detection rate of encephalopathy was compared between Xingan League and Tongliao City,which was characterized by high incidence of cerebral infarction.The characteristics of the two regions were that the prevalence of basal ganglia was significantly higher than that of other regions.Through the study of brain CT examination of the elderly in Xing'an League and Tongliao City,the study on the prevalence,detection rate and disease characteristics of the elderly in the two regions will lay the foundation for the prevention of dementia in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia and even the whole Inner Mongolia. |
