Objective:Objective evaluation application of combined Bingchaling Lotiont point massage Lotion for oral care for preventing colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients clinical Nursing effect of oral cavity mucous membrane inflammation,clear point massage technique in oral care thevalidity and practicability of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients to provide more effective service specification and effective traditional Chinese medicine oral care strategy.Methods:In this study,80 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from the inpatient department of oncology department of a grade iii grade a hospital in kunming.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 patients each.Control group adopts Bingchaling lotiont routine oral care,patients in the control group on the basis of massage tohole,big hole hole and buccal car,2 times a day,7 days for a period of treat--ment,a total of two period of treatment,and two groups of oral cavity mucous membrane inflammation grading,oral assessment guide a grade,bad breath,oral cavity fungal infection,oral PH change,oral comfort,and to compare the clinical efficacy of judgement,evaluation of intervention effect of the two methods.Results:1.Two no significant differences(P>0.05)in cancer staging,entity,sex,profession,marital status,nation nationality,age,weight,height,KPS grade in the two groups.And the baseline data are comparable in the three groups.2.After nursing intervention,patients oral mucositis: zero grade 26 patients(65%),one grade 12 patients(30%),two grade 2 patients(5%),The numbers of oral mucositis in control group:zero grade 17 patients(42.5%),one grade 18 patients(45%),two grade 5patients(12.5%),experimental oral mucositis is better than control group,there was statisti--cally significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).3.After nursing intervention,Both the experimental group and the control group Could improve the severity of oral mucositis,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the experimental group was lower than than that of the control group,and the severity of oral mucositis in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).4.After nursing intervention,the efficacy of the experimental group was evaluated as follows:obvious effect accounted for 29 cases(72.5%),effective effect accounted for 9cases(22.5%),and ineffective effect accounted for 2 cases(5%).Efficacy evaluation of the control group: 18 cases(45%)had obvious efficacy,17 cases(42.5%)had effective efficacy,and 5 cases(12.5%)had in effective efficacy,the clinical efficacy evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).5.After nursing intervention,two groups were compared before and after themselves,the bad breath was effectively improved,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After the two groups of patients were compared after intervention,the improvement of oral odor in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).6.After nursing intervention,the prevention and treatment effect of oral fungal infection in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).7.After nursing intervention,oral PH value was improved in both the experimental group and the control group,there was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.01).The effect of improving oral PH value in the experimental group was notbetter than that in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).8.After nursing intervention,the oral comfort of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoint massage combined with Bingchaling lotion is better than Bingchaling lotion in reducing the incidence and severity of oral mucositis,improving bad breath,redu--cing the incidence of oral fungus and improving the comfort of patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.2.Acupoint massage can purge fire and detoxify,nourish qi and Yin,and prevent the occurrence of oral mucositis in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.3.Acupoint massage can help Bingchaling lotion play the role of oral care.
