Purpose:1.To observe the effect of multifocal soft lens on binocular vision function of anisometropic myopia children.2.To observe the effectiveness and safety of multifocal soft lens in controlling myopia in adolescents and children. Methods: This study prospectively included 60 children aged 3-12 with anisometropic myopia. The observation group(30 cases)was given multifocal soft lens and the control group(30 cases)was given frame lens. The changes of simultaneous vision, fusion function, far stereopsis and near stereopsis before treatment,3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment were observed. The changes of vision, diopter and eye axis of the two groups were observed before and one year after wearing glasses. The changes of central corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cell density before and after1 year of treatment with multifocal soft lens were observed, and the complications of cornea and conjunctiva during follow-up were recorded. Results: simultaneous vision: the simultaneous vision in the observation group increased after 3 months,6 months and 1 year of treatment(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(p > 0.05).2.fusion function: the fusion function of the observation group was improved after 3 months,6 months and 1 year of treatment(p <0.05).there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).3.near stereopsis vision:the improvement of near stereopsis vision in the observation group for 3 months and 1 year after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(p < 0.05).the improvement of near stereopsis vision in the observation group for 3 months,6 months and 1 year after treatment was higher than that before treatment(p < 0.05).the improvement of near stereopsis vision in 1 year after treatment was higher than that before3 months and 6 months(p < 0.05).4.distant stereopsis vision: the improvement of distant stereopsis vision in the observation group after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 1 year is significantly higher than that in the control group(p < 0.05).the improvement of distant stereopsis vision in the observation group after treatment for 3 months,6 months and 1 year is better than that before treatment(p < 0.05).the improvement of distant stereopsis vision in the treatment for 6 months and 1 year is better than that before treatment(p < 0.05)5.Changes in the acquisition rates of far and near stereopsis before and after wearing glasses: There was no obvious difference in the acquisition rates of far and near stereopsis at 3 months after treatment, and the acquisition rates of far stereopsis were higher than that of near stereopsis at 6 months and 1 year after treatment.6.Analysis of Related Factors Affecting Stereoscopic Recovery after One Year of Treatment:(1)after 1 year of wearing glasses, the near stereopsis acquisition rate of the 3-7year old group was higher than that of the 8-12 year old group, and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(2)The recovery of far stereopsis and near stereopsis in children has no correlation with gender(P >0.05).(3)the acquisition rates of far stereopsis and near stereopsis in the group with anisometropia degree of 1.00 ? 2.50 D are higher than those in the group with anisometropia degree of 2.51 ? 5.375 D,the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).7.vision: after one year of treatment, the vision of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(p < 0.05).8.ocular axis and diopter: after one year of treatment, the ocular axis and diopter of the observation group did not increase significantly(p > 0.05),while the ocular axis and diopter of the control group increased slightly(p < 0.05).in this one year, the growth of ocular axis and diopter of the control group was larger than that of the observation group(p <0.05).9.no serious corneal and conjunctival complications occurred during the follow-up period.the average central corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cells did not change significantly after wearing the lens for 1 year(p > 0.05).Conclusions:Compared with frame glasses, multifocal soft glasses can more effectively promote the recovery of binocular vision function of anisometropic myopia adolescents and children;During the treatment, the recovery of distant stereopsis is closer and faster. The younger the child is,the better the recovery of near stereopsis is.The recovery speed of stereopsis is inversely proportional to the degree of anisometropia.2.Compared with frame lens, multifocal soft lens can more effectively slow down the growth rate of eye axis and diopter.Wearing multifocal soft lens in a short period of time can effectively control the progression of myopia.3.No serious corneal and conjunctival complications occurred during the short-term wearing of multifocal soft lens, which has little influence on the central thickness of cornea and the density of corneal endothelial cells and has better safety.
