| Objective:Through the clinical research design,this paper summarizes the clinical efficacy of the reduction manipulation of transfascial massage combined with lateral bench press plate in the treatment of pubic symphysis separation after childbirth,aiming to explorea more scientific and optimized treatment scheme for pubic symph ysis separation after childbirth.Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and in clusion criteria were counted.All the patients were randomly divided in to treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with transtendon massage combined with lateral supine press and reduction reduction,while the control group was treated with conventional pelvic cross-band restraint.The total clinical efficiency was comprehensively analyzed according to the improved Macnab standard,the diagnostic basis of clinical diseases and the diagnostic effect standard of TCM diseases and syndromes.The comparison of visual analog grading(VAS)score,Oswestry dysfunction index rating scale(ODI)score,and pubic symphysis distance difference between the two groups were observed and recorded,so as to complete the study on the clinical efficacy of this study.Results:(1)Total effective rate: Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,18 were effective and 11 were effective,with the apparent efficiency of 60% and the total effective rate of 96%.Among the 30 patients in the control group,8 had obvious effects and 16 had effective effects,with the apparent efficiency of 26% and the total effective rate of about 80%.The statistical results indicated that(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Visual analog pain grading(VAS)rating method: two groups of patients after the treatment VAS score significantly lower than before treatment,two groups of patients after treatment VAS score comparison,results showed statistically(p<0.05),treatment group VAS scores decline span is greater than the control group,the muscle massage combined with side push pull technique postpartum disease of pubic symphysis separation is superior to the conventional pelvic cross with treatment.(3)The Oswestry disability index rating scale ": the two groups after treatment in patients with CODI index was significantly decreased,the CODI index compared two groups of patients after treatment,after statistics analysis(p<0.05),there are significant difference significance,treatment group is obviously better than the index decline in the control group,the muscle massage combined with side push pull technique treatment of postpartum disease of pubic symphysis separation is superior to the conventional pelvic cross with treatment.(4)DR pelvic plain film examination: after the course of treatment,the comparison of the value of the pubic symphysis spacing in the pelvic plain film between the two groups was statistically analyzed(p<0.05).The results indicated that the reduction of the pubic symphysis separation by tendon massage combined with lateral supine press was superior to the conventional reduction of the pelvic cross-band treatment.Conclusion: Combined with lateral supine push and reduction manipulation,the treatment of pelvic cross-band restraint has played a good role in the clinical treatment of PPSS.The comparison of the total effective rate and the data analysis of related indexes between the combined manipulation of transfascial massage combined with lateral supine press and the conventional pelvic cross-strap restraint in the treatment of pos tpartum pubic symphysis seperate showed that the combined manipulation of transfascial massage combined with lateral supine press was more effective in relieving the symptoms of pain,numbness,and disturbance of movement in postpartum pubic symphysis seperate patients. |
