Objective: By observing the distribution regularity and characteristics of 24-hour blood pressure variability in people with apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)<5,finding out whether there is abnormality in blood pressure variability in people with AHI <5,and the influencing factors for this changes.According to the evidence that we must treat this patients of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome early. Methods: Accoroding to the inclusion and exclusion,a total of 68 inpatients were enrolled in this observe.Collecting their gender, age,BMI index, triglycerides, platelets, average blood oxygen saturation at night, oxygen desaturation index, minimum blood oxygen saturation at night, history of hypertension and the status of taking pills, history of diabetes, smoking, drinking and dividing them into the following 5 groups according to different ranges of AHI: 0≤AHI <1(Group A),1≤AHI<2(Group B),2≤AHI <3(Group C),3≤AHI <4(Group D),4≤AHI <5(Group E),collecting the following data: day and night standard deviation of systolic blood pressure fluctuations(SD),day and night standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure fluctuations,Day and night coefficient of variation of blood pressure fluctuations(CV),Day and night coefficient of variation of diastolic blood pressure fluctuations, coefficient of variation of 24-hour systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and average arterial pressure fluctuation,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze AHI and blood pressure variability;multiple groups were compared using single-factor analysis of variance, and ordered multi-factor classification logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of BPV indicators.P <0.05 was used as the indicator of significant differences.result:(1)There were no significant differences in the confounding factors of age, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and drinking among different groups,p> 0.05.(2)There were significant differences in BMI and mean blood oxygen between group E and group A,B,C and D(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in other factors between groups.(3)The standard deviation of night systolic blood pressure fluctuations(f = 3.188,p = 0.019)and the variation coefficient of night systolic blood pressure fluctuations(f = 3.946,p = 0.006)have significant differences among the 5 groups. The remaining standard deviations were not significantly different among the five groups(p>0.05).Multiple comparisons among 5 groups of standard deviation of night systolic blood pressure fluctuations were performed, group E had significant differences compared with A,B,C,and D combined groups, and there was no statistical significance among the remaining groups(p> 0.05).Multiple comparisons of pressure fluctuation coefficients among 5 groups showed The level of group E was significantly higher than that of group A,B,C and D,and no significant difference between group A,group B,group C and group D.(4)Correlation analysis showed that AHI was positively correlated with the standard deviation of night systolic blood pressure fluctuation and the coefficient of variation of night systolic blood pressure fluctuation(P<0.05).(5)Multivariate analysis using logistic regression shows that the AHI and diabetes are risk factors for increased blood pressure variability.Conclusions:(1)AHI is related to the variability of nighttime systolic blood pressure to some extent. When the AHI is between 4 and 5,the standard deviation of nocturnal systolic blood pressure fluctuation may be abnormal.(2)Among the people with AHI<5,the increasing of BMI index may be one of the risk factors for increasing AHI.
