Objective: ICU is intensive care unit,also known as intensive care unit comprehensive treatment room.The treatment,nursing and rehabilitation can be carried out simultaneously,providing isolation place and equipment for patients with severe or coma,providing services such as optimal nursing,comprehensive treatment,combination of medical care and rehabilitation,early postoperative rehabilitation,joint care and sports treatment.Targeted monitoring of supply,also known as deep treatment department.With the common development of medical,nursing,rehabilitation and other specialties,the birth of new medical equipment and the improvement of hospital management system,it is a medical organization and management form that integrates modern medical,nursing and rehabilitation technology.With the development of critical medicine,the medical level of ICU has also been rapid development,but there are more and more ethical problems in ICU.These ethical problems directly affect the medical quality of ICU.Most of the research on ICU in China focuses on clinical technology,and the research on ethical problems is relatively less.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the existing ethical problems in ICU and find the ethical path to solve them.Based on this background,the author wants to investigate some hospitals in Dalian,investigate the human environment and ethical problems in ICU,and put forward the corresponding ethical path to improve the current situation.From the point of view of this paper,we take the ICU medical staff of Dalian top three hospital as the survey object,and carry out a questionnaire survey.First of all,the questionnaire is designed around several outstanding ethical issues in ICU,so the premise is to reflect the real situation.Secondly,the design of the questionnaire isdiscussed with the medical staff of ICU,so that it can not only avoid the conflict of the respondents,but also understand the problems of the survey to the maximum extent.In terms of the number of questions and content selection,the proportion is moderate.For some sensitive issues(such as excessive medical treatment,respect for patients' right to know,etc.),the form of question and answer is used to avoid the interference of random selection due to some respondents' conflicting psychology on the survey results,and the questionnaire is reliable.It can not only objectively reflect the status quo of the ethical issues in ICU of a city,but also objectively reflect the status quo of the ethical issues in ICU of the same level hospitals to a certain extent.To some extent,this study provides some suggestions and methods for the construction of human environment in ICU.Methods: literature research,comparative research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysisResults: the main ethical problems in ICU were:(1)over medical treatment in ICU;(2)The lack of humanistic care in ICU leads to the neglect of the psychological problems of patients and their families;(3)the choice of the patients in the end-stage of ICU to maintain their life dignity and strive for a short life;(4)the right of informed consent of the patients;(5)the hospice care of the patients in ICU and the problem of wasting medical resources;(6)the work overload of the medical staff in ICU seriously affects their working status Problem.From the overall point of view of both medical and nursing parties,this paper puts forward how to solve the ethical path of these problems,combining with the results of questionnaire survey to ICU medical staff and hospital and give feedback,and then better serve ICU patients,so as to achieve the purpose of jointly improving the human environment of ICU.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,this study believes that the way to improve the ethical environment of ICU is to control themedical fees,improve the credibility of the medical party,strengthen the communication between doctors and patients,and put forward specific countermeasures in terms of macro-control policies and systems,which is of great reference value.
