| Objective:our study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of roxadustat for the treatment of anemia in patients with Kidney Disease Not Receiving Dialysis by meta-analysis.Methods:Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library,CNKI,Wanfang date,Web of Science,CMB,were retrieved for those studies on roxadustat for The treatment of renal anemia in non-dialysis-dialysis-dependent chronic kidney disease by December.2019 through computer.We collected as many randomized controlled trials(RCTS)of rosalastat in the treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease as possible.Studies acreening and date extraction were per-formed by two independent investigators and literature quality was evaluated.The enrolled randomized controlled trails were done for meta-analysis with Revman5.3 software.Results:a total of 4 randomized controlled trials were included in the Meta-analysis. |
