Objective: To study the efficacy of dexmedetomidine in assisting blood pressure reduction in patients with Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy after cesarean section.Method:A retrospective analysis of 56 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who underwent cesarean section from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from June 2018 to October 2019.Among them,20 cases received dexmedetomidine adjuvant therapy after cesarean section(dexmedetomidine group),36 cases did not receive dexmedetomidine adjuvant therapy(control group).Compare the general condition of the two groups of patients before treatment(age, weight,,liver and kidney function, basal blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, pregnancy times, serum sodium ion concentration, serum calcium ion concentration,Blood sugar,24-hour proteinuria);Baseline treatment drug use;blood pressure, heart rate,NVPS score,RASS score,CRP,NLR indicators during treatment, hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions,At the same time,by establishing a multiple linear regression model to analyze the factors that affect blood pressure after cesarean section. Results:Age,body weight, liver and kidney function, basal blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, pregnancy and parity, serum sodium ion concentration, serum calcium ion concentration, blood glucose,24-hour proteinuria The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The blood pressure, heart rate,NVPS score and RASS score of patients in the dexmedetomidine group after treatment for 24 hours were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 24-hour blood pressure compliance rate of the dexmedetomidine group and the control group(90%vs5.6%).Patients in the dexmedetomidine group after 48 hours of treatment had lower CRP,NLR and hospital stays than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions(5%vs11.1%)between the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.442).There is a linear relationship between the dose of dexmedetomidine and the systolic blood pressure at 24 hours after treatment. The fitting equation is the 24-hour systolic blood pressure=147.184-0.094* the dose of dexmedetomidine(R2=0.278).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can be used as an auxiliary antihypertensive after cesarean section in patients with hypertension in pregnancy; No obvious side effects of the drug were found in this study.
