Objective:To study the vitamin D level and common influencing factors, distribution of TCM syndromes in middle-aged and young patients with hyperthyroidism in Nanning,Guangxi to explore the internal relationship between hyperthyroidism and vitamin D,and the correlation between vitamin D levels and TCM syndrome distribution in hyperthyroidism patients. Methods:Using the method of epidemiological survey, select the patients who were diagnosed as hyperthyroidism in the outpatient department and inpatients of our department from May 2019 to November 2019,and have lived in the area for more than 10 years(including 10 years)Young patients were selected as the research object, and 106 cases met the standard. In addition,50 healthy patients were selected as the routine control group during the same period.Calculate the gender, age, course of disease, body mass index of the selected subjects, test the patients' thyroid function 3 items(FT3,FT4,TSH),blood25-hydroxyvitamin D,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glycerin Triester(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAB),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAB),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB),etc.,and According to the symptoms and tongue and pulse signs for TCM syndrome differentiation. To analyze the correlation of 25(OH)D level with gender, age, course of disease,BMI,thyroid hormone level,AST,ALT,TG,TC,LDL,TRAB,TGAB,TPOAB and other factors in patients with hyperthyroidism, and meanwhile,to patients with 25(OH)The correlation between D level,FT3,FT4,TSH,TRAB,TGAB,TPOAB and TCM syndrome types was analyzed. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0,with a significant test level of ? = 0.05.Result:(1)The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the GD group was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group(P <0.05).The distribution of blood vitamin D levels in the two groups: 20 patients(18.9%)with sufficient vitamin D,33 patients(31.1%)with insufficient vitamin D,and53 patients(50.0%)with vitamin D deficiency. In the normal group,21patients(42.0%)had sufficient vitamin D,24 patients(48.0%)had insufficient vitamin D,and 5 patients(10.0%)had vitamin D deficiency. There was a significant difference in the distribution of vitamin D between the hyperthyroidism group and the normal group(P <0.01).(2)Correlation analysis showed that serum 25-(OH)D level in GD group had no significant difference with gender, age,BMI and course of disease(P>0.05).After correlation analysis,25-(OH)D level had no significant correlation with AST,ALT,TC,TG,LDL(P> 0.05).Serum 25-(OH)D level in GD group was positively correlated with TSH(r = 0.705,P <0.01),and FT3(r =-0.550,P <0.01),FT4(r =-0.478,P <0.01),TRAB(R =-0.514,P <0.01),TGAB(r =-0.597,P <0.01),TPOAB(r =-0.467,P <0.01)showed a negative correlation.(3)Analysis of TCM syndromes: Distribution of TCM syndromes of middle-aged and young patients with hyperthyroidism in Nanning,Guangxi:Liver fire exuberant syndrome> Heart and liver yin deficiency syndrome>Phlegm blood stagnation syndrome> Qi stagnation syndrome Vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency are more common in syndromes of strong liver fire and deficiency of heart, liver and yin(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in middle-aged and young patients with hyperthyroidism in Nanning,Guangxi are generally lower than those in the normal population, and vitamin D deficiency accounts for the majority.Vitamin D supplementation may be beneficial for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.(2)Vitamin D levels of middle-aged and young patients with hyperthyroidism in Nanning,Guangxi have no significant correlation with age, gender,BMI,course of disease,AST,ALT,and blood lipids. Was positively correlated.(3)The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of middle-aged and young patients with hyperthyroidism in Nanning,Guangxi from high to low is as follows: strong liver-fire syndrome,heart-liver-yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome.Patients with insufficient vitamin D hyperthyroidism are more common in the syndromes of deficiency of heart, liver and yin, followed by the syndrome of vigorous liver fire, phlegm and blood stasis, and qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction.Patients with vitamin D deficiency and hyperthyroidism are more common in the syndromes of strong liver fire, followed by the syndromes of deficiency of heart, liver and yin, syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, and syndrome of qi depression and phlegm.Different TCM syndrome types are correlated with 25-hydroxyvitamin D,FT3,FT4,TSH,TRAB,TGAB,TPOAB levels.People with two types of liver fire exuberant syndrome and heart-liver-yin deficiency syndrome are more at risk of vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency.
