Clinical Observation Of Huatan Huoxue Recipe On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:By using Huatan Huoxue prescription,the TCM syndromes and body mass index(BMI),serum sex hormone level and glucose metabolism index of patients with PCOS and insulin resistance were compared before and after the study.To explore the mechanism of Huatan Huoxue prescription and hope to have certain guiding significance for clinical treatment of this disease in the future.Methods:In this study,30 patients with obese amenorrhea type PCOS with insulin resistance were selected according to the standard,and treatment for 3 months in a row,the clinical efficacy of Huatan Huoxue prescription was observed.Before and after treatment,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T,BMI,FINS,FPG,HOMA-IR were determined,and the clinical symptoms of patients before treatment and the improvement of clinical symptoms after 3 months were recorded.Before and after comparison,all data were processed using SPSS22 software,and t test was used for analysis.Result:1.The curative effect of TCM syndromes:after treatment,the clinical symptoms of 27 patients were improved,the total effective rate was 90%.2.Changes of amenorrhea:after treatment 8 people menstruate regularly,and 18 patients returned to menstruation,but menstrual cycle was not normal,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.3.Changes of serum sex hormones:after treatment,serum LH,LH/FSH,T was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change after FSH treatment(P>0.05).4.Changes in glycometabolism indicators:FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR were improved in different degrees(P<0.05).5.The change of body weight:the level of BMI after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huatan Huoxue prescription can obviously improve the TCM syndromes of PCOS patients with phlegm dampness block.2.Huatan Huoxue prescription decreased the level of LH,LH/FSH,T in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness block.3.Huatan Huoxue prescription can reduce the BMI,FINS,FPG,HOMA-IR in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness block,and improved insulin resistance significantly.
