BackgroundHypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is a disease specific to pregnancy.Patients have systemic small blood vessel spasm that causes damage to multiple target organs in the body,of which the kidney is the most affected and most damaged organ.Early onset of renal function is relatively insidious.If early renal damage can be selected,effective drugs can be used to intervene,which can improve renal damage and reduce maternal and infant harm caused by this disease.Eucommia is rich in pharmacological effects,and has the functions of lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar and blood lipids,tocolysis,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant.This study was to explore the effect and mechanism of eucommia granules in treating patients with HDCP,and at the early stage of renal damage.Objective1.Retrospective analysis of the effect of eucommia granules on blood pressure in patients with HDCP.2.Analysis of serum cystatin C(CysC),urine and kidney damage molecule-1(KIM-1),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and blood uric acid(UA)level of change.To investigate the effect of eucommia granules on the early renal damage in patients with HDCP.3.To analyze the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum of two groups of patients under different treatment interventions,and explore the intervention of eucommia granules on early renal damage in HDCP patients mechanism.MethodThis study mainly selected 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension diagnosed in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2018 to September 2019.And these patients had random proteinuria(-),urine microalbumin /urinary creatinine(UACR)?30mg / g.A randomized double-blind controlled method was used to divide the study patients into a conventional group and an eucommia group of 30 patients each.The conventional group was given the conventional treatment plan for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.The eucommia group was treated with the eucommia granules combined with the conventional treatment plan.The course of treatment was one month.Fasting blood and morning urine samples were collected from all patients as required.The renal function related indicators SCr,BUN,UA,CysC and KIM-1 and serum IL-6,TNF-? and MDA were measured.Result1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groups of patientsThere were no significant differences in age,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and body mass index(BMI)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.Comparison of blood pressure after treatment in two groups of patientsAfter treatment with different treatment schemes,the levels of SBP and DBP in both groups were lower than before treatment(P <0.05).Compared between groups,the blood pressure level of the eucommia group decreased more significantly(P <0.05).3.Comparison of related indexes of renal function between two groups of patientsBefore treatment,there were no significant differences in the renal function indicators of CysC,KIM-1,SCr,BUN and UA between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).After treatment with different treatment schemes,the levels of CysC,KIM-1,SCr,BUN,and UA in the eucommia group patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).CysC,BUN and UA in the conventional group were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),but KIM-1 and SCr were not significantly reduced(P> 0.05).Compared with the two groups,the indicators in the eucommia group decreased more significantly after treatment,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of serum IL-6,TNF-? and MDA levels in patients in the treatment group before and after treatmentThe levels of serum IL-6,TNF-? and MDA in the patients of Eucommia group and conventional group were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the two groups,the monitoring indicators of the eucommia group decreased more significantly(P <0.05).In conclusion1.Eucommia granules combined with conventional treatment can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy compared with conventional treatment alone.2.Eucommia granules combined with conventional treatment can improve early renal damage in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,The pharmacological mechanism may be related to eucommia granules,which can interfere with the body's inflammatory response and enhance the body's antioxidant capacity.
