| In the field of medical image processing, many scholars have put forward many methods for quantitative calculation of CT in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. But most of these methods are based on semi-automatic segmentation or threshold segmentation, which not only increases the workload of doctors.Because of the background, noise and other interference factors, the threshold segmentation and other clustering segmentation methods are invalid, resulting in the inaccurate judgment of the results. Therefore, this paper develops the computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)to compare the known technical patterns in the database,so as to find out the technical doubts.Through the computer, the results of clinical experiments are realized, and the numerical technology of imaging data is realized. The abnormality was found out and finally diagnosed by the clinician, which is of reference value for clinical disease diagnosis. The application of computer-aided diagnosis in radiology image, also known as medical image-based computer-aided diagnosis(MIBCAD),can solve the problems that radiologists face more image information, large workload, imaging diagnosis level depends on the ability and experience of operating doctors. Therefore,MIBCAD technology can deal with a large number of patients’ image data in time, and improve the accuracy of diagnosis based on medical imaging processing modeling. The segmentation algorithm of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage CT image based on MMD semantic segmentation is proposed. With the help of the evaluation algorithm of level set automatic contour, the problems such as unclear and incomplete bleeding area are effectively solved. Finally, the segmentation of iterative means of bleeding area is realized, and the MMD semantic segmentation algorithm is empirically analyzed. The computer-aided diagnosis system of CT image of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was designed.Firstly, the general design concept was put forward and the function of the system design module was analyzed. The calculation method of CT bleeding volume was established. The results show that the computer-aided examination and diagnosis system of imaging for cerebral hemorrhage can help clinicians more quickly and accurately determine the patient’s situation, including the amount of hemorrhage, the degree of midline displacement and predict the patient’s hematoma situation, which lays the foundation for patients to provide better treatment plan, and has high practical value in clinical medicine. |
