Objective:The effect of acupuncture combined with Zhumiantang and simple acupuncture on primary insomnia was compared, and the respective advantages of acupuncture combined with acupuncture alone were found to guide the clinic, provide an optimal treatment plan for the clinic, and be safe Sex evaluation. Methods:A total of 70 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the test group and the control group, with 35 patients in each group, and 4 weeks of intervention for a total of 28 days.Ordinary acupuncture was performed,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),Fretting-Sensitive Mattress Sleep Monitoring(MSMSMS)were used as observation indicators, and the PSQI score was used as an evaluation index for efficacy.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS23.0.Results:(1)67 patients completed the trial.(2)Total effective rate:The total effective rate of the acupuncture combined with Zhumiantang group was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of the simple acupuncture group was 78.79%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by P>0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Observation indicators:?PSQI improvement:comparison within the group:the total PSQI score and each factor score of the experimental group and the control group decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:There was no statistically significant difference in the total PSQI score, sleep time, sleep efficiency, and daytime function scores between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),compared with respect to sleep quality, sleep time, and sleep disorders The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group?MSMSMS improvement:comparison within the group:the MSMSMS factor scores of the experimental group and the control group decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups There was no significant difference in the total sleep time score between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in sleep latency,REM,and number of wakefulness(P<0.05).The group was better than the control group.(4)Safety During the course of the study,3 cases of minor adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group and 2 cases of minor adverse reactions in the control group. No severe adverse events occurred in both groupsConclusion:(1)The clinical symptoms of patients in the experimental group and the control group were improved after treatment.Compared with the acupuncture group alone, the acupuncture-medicine group was more significant in improving sleep quality, sleep disturbance, sleep latency,REM,and number of wakefulness.(2)The common acupuncture combined with Zhumiantang group has fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of in-depth research and clinical promotion.
