Objective:To understand the dynamic changes of perioperative frailty in patients with colorectal cancer;to explore the significance of frailty management in elderly patients with colorectal cancer surgery;to analyze the impact of Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment of the elderly on perioperative frailty control in elderly patients with colorectal cancer,To assess whether it can prevent the occurrence of postoperative frailty patients. Methods:The selected subjects were elderly patients diagnosed with concurrent surgical treatment of colorectal cancer at a top three hospital in Jinan,Shandong Province from March 2019 to December 2019.The subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment group(GCA group),in which the control group was continuously included in 62 patients;the elderly comprehensive evaluation group was 62 cases. The control group applied the general hospital nursing model;the elderly comprehensive assessment group(GCA group)applied the elderly comprehensive assessment nursing model, and implemented corresponding intervention measures based on the assessment results. The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed from the three aspects of average hospitalization days, average hospitalization costs, and debilitating,in order to clarify the perioperative intervention effect of elderly comprehensive evaluation on colorectal cancer patients.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of data, mainly including descriptive statistical analysis, normal data distribution,non-parametric test.correlation analysis,etc.Results:1.The frailty assessment of the two groups of patients at admission was that the control group was not debilitating 9(15.0%),40 were pre-frail(66.7%),and 11 were frail(18.3%);the elderly comprehensive assessment group,11 were non-frail(18.3%),38 people(63.3%)in the early stage of prefrail, and 11 people(18.3%)frail.The difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The assessment of the three-day postoperative frail condition in both groups was that both groups had debilitating conditions. The assessments of the frail conditions of the two groups at the time of discharge were:2 cases(3.3%)in the control group were nonfrail 41(68.3%)were pre-frail,and 17 in frail group(28.3%).In the Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment group,2 patients(3.3%)were not frail,52(86.7%)were pre-frail,and 6(10.0%)were frail. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The average hospital stay of the GCA group was 8±1.12 days, and the average hospitalization cost was 75249.53±2904.27 yuan. The average hospital stay of the control group was 9±1.172 days, and the average hospitalization cost was 85492.86±2925.3.the difference between the two was statistically significant(p<0.05)3.Spearman correlation analysis of the patient's frailty level with the number of hospitalization days and hospitalization costs showed that the frailty level was positively correlated with the patient's hospitalization cost and length of hospitalization. The more severe the patient's frailty, the longer the hospitalization days and the more hospitalization costs.Conclusions:1.Patients with colorectal cancer surgery have a high incidence of postoperative degeneration.2.Geriatric Comprehensive Assessment of the can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative frailty of the geriatric patients3.The implementation of comprehensive assessment techniques for the elderly can reduce the two economic indicators of average hospitalization days and treatment costs.4.The degree of frailty of patients with colorectal cancer is positively correlated with the hospitalization cost and the number of hospitalization days.
