| Objective:By analyzing the diagnosis and treatment data of Jiahua Tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis in the chronic disease management system of the Department of Nephrology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,observe the difference in the efficacy and the effective time of proteinuria between different doses of Jiahua Tablets,and observe the safety of medication at the same time.Methods:Collect all oral Jiahua tablets in the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 1,2015 to June 30,2019 and meet the acceptance criteria of this study and follow up for more than one year and medical records in the chronic disease management system 100 more complete patients.Observe the patient's efficacy indicators(qualitative urine protein,UTP),safety indicators(blood routine,aspartate aminotransferase,serum alanine aminotransferase)and renal function through data mining and spss statistical analysis Indicators(Bun,Scr,Cystatin C)to explore the difference between different doses of Jiahua tablets(3 times a day,4 tablets,5 tablets,6 tablets).Results:(1)Jiahua Tablets' 4-piece group,5-piece group,and 6-piece group had stable baselines,consistent in age,gender,disease,and combination medication.Qualitative urine protein,UTP,blood routine,aspartame The laboratory indexes of acid aminotransferase,serum alanine aminotransferase ure,blood creatinine and cystatin C are comparable.(2)The overall effective rate of different doses of Jiahua tablets:the overall effective rate of patients in the 4-piece group for 3,6,9,and 12 months was 84.6%,92.3%,92.3%,and 97.4%;the treatment in the 5-piece group 3,6,9,9 and 12 months of the overall effective rate were 83.7%,89.8%,91.8%,95.9%;the 6-piece group of patients had an overall effective rate of 91.7%,91.7 for 3,6,9,12 months of treatment%,100%,91.7%.(3)The difference in efficacy of different doses of Jiahua Tablets:3 months and 6 months of treatment,4 tablets group and 6 tablets group were statistically significant;treatment of 9 months and 12 months,there was no comparison between the two groups Statistical significance.After treatment,PRO mainly fluctuated between "+" and "2+".With the prolonged treatment time,the tendency of PRO to become negative and "+" decreased became more obvious.(4)The efficacy of Jiahua tablets at different times:the 4-piece group had statistical significance before treatment compared with 6 months,9 months and 12 months of treatment;the 5-piece group had statistical significance before treatment compared with 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months of treatment;the 6-piece group had statistical significance before treatment compared with 6 months,9 months,and 12 months.(5)The safety of different dosages of Jiahua tablets:There was no statistical difference between the RBC,WBC,HGB,PLT,AST,ALT,Bun,Scr,and Cystatin C after treatment and those before treatment.During the treatment,Jiahua Tablet had no effect on the blood routine,liver function and renal function of the patient.Conclusion:(1)Different doses of Jiahua Tablets have significant effects on reducing proteinuria in chronic nephritis,and the overall effective rate of each group exceeds 83%.(2)The 6-piece group of Jiahua Tablets was more effective than the 4-piece group and the 5-piece group.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the 4-piece group and the 5-piece group.(3)The effective time of Jiahua Tablets 5-piece group and 6-piece group were earlier than that of 4-piece group.Due to the small number of cases in Jiahua tablet 6-piece group,it is speculated that it may start to take effect earlier in the treatment.(4)Jiahua tablet has no effect on liver and kidney function and blood routine during the treatment period,and has few adverse reactions,which is worth promoting. |
