| Objective: To observe the influence of "Yiban decoction" on patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome by prospective,randomized,controlled clinical study of clinical cases.Methods: All cases of this study from the Wuhan hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine September 2012-March 2016 kidney disease and Chinese medicine clinic diagnosed with chronic nephritis proteinuria patients,at the end of the study,the rate of shedding was 11.5%,and 3 cases were excluded from the incomplete data,the final remaining in line with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of chronic nephritis proteinuria diagnostic criteria in 136 patients.And 136 patients were randomly divided into Yiban decoction group of 48 cases,Erban decoction group of 45 cases,the control group(nephritis rehabilitation tablet group)43 cases,treatment for 12 weeks,observed and recorded the relevant indicators for statistical analysis.All subjects were given general treatment and symptomatic support in addition to taking the study.Combined with hypertension can be antihypertensive treatment,but not ACEI and ARB class antihypertensive drugs.Do not use immunosuppressive agents and hormones,and traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii(Kunming Begonia)and other drugs.Do not use other proprietary Chinese medicines(such as Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,Huang Kui Capsule,etc.)that affect chronic kidney syndrome.Yiban decoction group: in the general treatment and symptomatic support on the basis of treatment,plus Yiban decoction granules,daily 1,sooner or later the 1,oral.Erban decoction group: in the general treatment and symptomatic support on the basis of treatment,plus Erban decoction granules,daily 1,sooner or later the 1,oral.Control group: in the general treatment and symptomatic support treatment based on the addition of nephritis rehabilitation tablets,each five,three times a day,orally.Comparison of the efficacy of each group of disease,TCM syndrome,before and after treatment of major TCM syndrome points,before and after Urine test results and biochemical indicators.Results: In the curative effect of the disease,the total number of cases in Yiban decoction group was 48 cases,the total effective number was 42 cases,the total effective rate was 87.50%;the total number of Erban decoction group was 45 cases,the total effective cases was 38 cases,the total effective rate was 84.44% The total number of cases in the control group was 43 cases,the total effective number of cases was 35 cases,the total effective rate was 81.40%,the difference between the three groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).In the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the total number of cases of treatment of Yiban decoction group of the total number of 48 cases,the total number of 43 cases,the total effective rate of 89.58%;the total number of cases in the Erban decoction group 45 cases,the total effective rate of 84.44% 43 cases,the total number of effective cases of 36 cases,the total effective rate of 83.72%.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P >0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).In urine and urine protein quantification,the qualitative score of urinary protein,urinary red blood cell count,24 h urinary protein and urinary protein creatinine ratio were significantly lower in the three groups(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in urinary erythrocyte count between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in difference between urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and plasma albumin in the three groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups(P >0.05),plasma albumin was statistically significant(P <0.05),Yiban decoction group and Erban decoction group(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum albumin was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum creatinine and plasma albumin There was no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion: Yiban decoction soup,Erban decoction soup and nephritis rehabilitation tablets can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,related symptoms and urine tests and biochemical indicators,Yiban decoction soup in some indicators than the nephritis rehabilitation tablets more obvious,and more than Erban decoction in the part Indicators to further improve.It is possible to have a certain clinical treatment advantage in the idea that the disease should be optimized. |
