A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Male Infertility Based On The Theory Of Generation Between Metal And Water With Cordyceps Sinensis Combined With Ju Jing Wan

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Cordyceps sinensis combined with Ju Jing Wan in the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia,and to demonstrate that the clinical efficacy of Cordyceps sinensis combined with Ju Jing Wan under the guidance of the theory of "simultaneous treatment of lung and kidney,the Generation between metal and water"is better than that of simple tonifying kidney method,and to explore the preliminary mechanism of its clinical efficacy and anti oxidative stress effect,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia.Method:From June 2018 to February 2020,90 subjects who met the entry conditions were selected from the male outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of our university.According to the random number table,they were divided into three groups:Jujing pill group,Cordyceps group and combined group,30 in each group.Jujing pill group was given the oral Jujing pill,Cordyceps group was given the oral Cordyceps powder capsule,and the combined group was given the oral Jujing pill+Cordyceps powder capsule.The observation period of this study was 12 weeks,84 days because the period of spermatogenesis was 74 days.The changes of semen parameters(sperm concentration,semen volume,sperm forward activity rate,deformity rate)and sperm DNA fragmentation index were observed and recorded before treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,and the data collected from the experiment were statistically analyzed to obtain the clinical effect.Result:1.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the forward activity rate,sperm deformity rate and DFI index among the three groups,but there was no significant difference in sperm concentration and semen volume(P>0.05).2.The changes of semen parameters in three groups after treatment:?In the group of Jujing pill,the concentration of sperm increased from(23.76 � 23.19)106/ml before treatment to(30.33�31.51)106/ml;the amount of semen increased from(3.47�1.39)ml before treatment to(3.64�1.09)ml;PR increased from(16.53�6.79)%before treatment to(24.74�11.24)%after treatment;deformity rate increased from(1.75�1.14)%before treatment to(2.73 � 1.86)%after treatment;DFI increased from(28.47)%before treatment�16.58)%decreased to(16.85�8.52)%;?In the Cordyceps group,the sperm concentration decreased from(36.36�19.05)106/ml before treatment to(32.11�17.92)106/ml;the semen quantity increased from(3.97 � 2.52)ml before treatment to(4.36� 2.04)ml;the PR increased from(14.40 � 8.64)%before treatment to(22.71�13.60)%after treatment;the deformity rate increased from(3.07 �2.23)%before treatment to(5.03�2.99)%after treatment;the DFI increased from(24.43�15)before treatment.33)%to(15.90�7.39)%?In the combined group,the sperm concentration increased from(41.78�46.06)106/ml before treatment to(42.96 � 43.98)106/ml;the semen quantity increased from(3.49� 1.54)ml before treatment to(3.87� 1.83)ml;the PR increased from(15.39�8.58)%before treatment to(30.05�14.24)%after treatment;the deformity rate increased from(2.26�1.42)%before treatment to(4.16�2.86);the DFI increased from(26.51�11 62)%to(15.26 � 6.93)%3.Analysis of the total effect after treatment:? Clinical efficacy:after treatment,the condition of the three groups improved in varying degrees.In comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the combined group was 96.42%,that of the Cordyceps group was 78.57%,and that of the Jujing pill group was 63.33%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the Jujing pill group and the Cordyceps group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the Cordyceps group was better than that of the Jujing pill group,with poor results The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the combined group has more advantages in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia.?In terms of forward activity rate:after 12 weeks of treatment in terms of forward activity rate of sperm,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the effective rate of the three groups by rank sum test,among which the effect of the combined group was significantly better than that of the other two groups(P<0.01),and the effect of the Ju Jing Wan Group was better than that of the Cordyceps group(P<0.05).It shows that Cordyceps sinensis combined with Jujing pill is better than simple tonifying kidney method in improving sperm forward movement rate.? In terms of sperm deformity rate,there was statistical difference in the improvement of the deformity rate among the three groups by rank sum test(P<0.05).The difference in the improvement of sperm deformity rate between the Cordyceps group and the combined group was statistically significant,and the effect was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);the effect of the combined group was better than that of the combined group(P<0.05).It shows that the combination of drugs for the improvement of deformity rate is better.? In terms of reducing the DFI of sperm,the effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of the combined group was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the Cordyceps pill group was better than that of the polysperm pill group(P<0.05).The effect of the combination group on improving the rate of sperm DNA fragmentation is obvious.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the theory of "golden water generation",the use of Cordyceps sinensis combined with Jujing pill can effectively improve the quality of sperm,and significantly improve the rate of sperm DNA fragments.The combination of "lung and kidney CO treatment,golden water co generation" is better than the simple kidney tonifying method,and the safety is good.The treatment idea is worthy of clinical reference and promotion in the future.
