Clinical Observation Of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction In Treating Dry Eye Of Young People

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction combined with Beiran eye drops in the treatment of dry eye in young people by compared with the application of Beran Eye Drops alone.We hope that traditional Chinese medicine will play a unique role in treating dry eye and form a system.Methods:Cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with Beiran eye drops.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Yangyin qingfei Decoction plus or minus prescriptions based on the treatment of the control group.Patients were recorded before and after treatment through questionnaires and related examinations.Symptom score,tear film rupture time,corneal staining score,and tear flow test measurement data.Treatment was performed for 4 weeks.Statistical software was used to analyze and compare the observation items after treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The sex and age of the two groups before treatment and the observation items were similar and comparable.The Chinese medicine group compared the observation items before treatment with significant effects(P<0.001).On a single symptom,it can improve dryness of the eyes,fatigue of vision,foreign body sensation,burning sensation,photophobia,eye swelling,itching,whiteness Red eyes,dry throat,dry mouth,dry skin,secretions,constipation,and no significant improvement in vision fluctuations;while the control group was treated with artificial tears,which improved symptom scores,increased tear film rupture time,and repaired the cornea.The dyeing effect is significant,and the effect on increasing tear flow is not obvious;on individual symptoms,it can improve dryness of the eyes,fatigue of the vision,foreign body sensation,photophobia,eye swelling,secretions,red eyes,redness,and burning sensation.Itching,dry throat,dry mouth,dry skin,and constipation did not differ before and after treatment.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group in reducing symptom scores,increasing tear film rupture time,and tear flow(P<0.05).It had a significant improvement in symptom scores(P<0.01)and improved corneal staining Conditions There was no difference in treatment between the two groups;compared to the individual symptoms,the improvement of dry eyes,foreign body sensation,eye swelling,itching,dry throat and mouth dryness,dry skin,and constipation was better than that of the control group,and visual fatigue and burning sensation The two groups had similar treatment effects on photophobia,secretions,and red eyes;the two groups had no comparable vision fluctuations.Under the symptom efficacy evaluation standard after treatment,the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 7.5%,the effective rate was 82.5%,the ineffective rate was 10%,and the total effective rate was 90%;the control group was 0%,the effective rate was 65%,and the ineffective rate was 35%.The efficiency was 65%,and the total effective rate and symptomatic efficacy were statistically tested with a P value of<0.001,which was significantly different.Under the evaluation criteria for the efficacy of disease and syndrome,the effective number of the Chinese medicine group was 35,with an effective rate of 87.5%;the effective number of the control group was 24,with an effective rate of 60%.The total effective rate and the clinical effect of the two groups were significantly different after examination(P<0.01).It is proved that the total effective rate and curative effect of the Chinese medicine group are significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine group using Yangyin Qingfei Decoction combined with Beiran eye drops can effectively improve a variety of ocular symptoms and systemic symptoms in young dry eye patients,can maintain the tear film homeostasis,repair corneal lesions,and increase tear flow,compared to pure application Beiran eye drops have significant advantages in improving dry eye,foreign body sensation,eye swelling,itchy eyes,dry throat,dry skin,constipation and reducing the overall score.In addition,it increases the tear film rupture time and tear flow.The effect was more excellent in the experiment,and the total effective rate and curative effect of the Chinese medicine group were significantly better than the control group.
