Study On Internal Control Of XK Public Hospital Budget Business

With the deepening of China's medical and health system reform and increasingly fierce competition in the medical market,hospitals not only need to provide medical services for the public,but also need to rely on their own management to seek development,which requires public hospitals to change the extensive development model,and constantly improve the management system and operating mechanism.The implementation of internal control in the hospital has played an important role in cost control,optimized management and long-term development.Internal control covers all aspects of hospital operation.Internal control of budget business is an important part of internal control of public hospitals.Doing a good job in internal control of budget business can guarantee the smooth implementation of budget management.Based on the XK public hospital budget business internal control construction as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the budget management,the public hospital overall budget management system in conformity with the budget requirements of the relevant measures for the administration of administrative institution,but XK public hospital budget business internal control the budget management responsibility is not clear,lack of adequate budget implementation and control,budget analysis indicators and budget performance evaluation system is imperfect,the budget examination link become a mere formality.To solve these problems,this article from the budget,budget execution,budget adjustments,budget analysis and evaluation,and budget approval process involved,the analysis of risk points,respectively,puts forward XK public hospitals to clear budget management responsibility division of labor,scientific decomposition budget target,set up a budget implementation evaluation system and so on.With the improvement of the internal control system and regulations in the future,the Suggestions and measures proposed in this paper may need to be further adjusted and deepened.
