| Objective: In order to better inherit Professor Jiang Huizhong’s clinical experience and academic thought,the subject uses the data mining analysis function software,adopting method of data mining on medical records in Professor Jiang Huizhong’s clinical stage treatment for Polycystic ovary syndrome of reproductive age,not only for the purpose of exploring the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical classification,stage treatment,prescription drugs and clinical staging medication rule of Professor Jiang Huizhong in treating Polycystic ovary syndrome,but also providing clinical evidence and data support for the treatment of PCOS with traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology.Method: Medical records of the patients that who diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome of reproductive age at the Jiang Huizhong’s Heritage Studio of HUBEI PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL OF TCM from October 2017 to January 2020 were collected.Clear inclusive and exclusive criteria was made for those collected cases.A total of 110 patients who met the inclusive criteria were screened,281 clinic visits with traditional Chinese treatment were collected and 281 prescriptions were obtained.After the normative and standardized processing of collected clinical records,the Excel database was respectively established.Using SPSS(25.0)and data mining analysis function software(V2.1),data mining such as frequency analysis,association rules and cluster analysis was conducted on information including the basic condition,TCM syndrome types and traditional Chinese medicine of patients on reproductive age with PCOS.Results: 1.Among the 110 PCOS patients of reproductive age,the oldest was 40 years old and the youngest was 20 years old.The average age of the patients is 25.56 years old.80.9% were aged 20-28.There were 52 unmarried patients,accounting for 47.27%,and 58 married patients,accounting for 52.73%.2.According to the analysis of 281 clinic visits of diagnosis of TCM diseases in 110 PCOS patients of reproductive age,the highest proportion of patients with late menstruation was 213 times(75.80%),followed by infertility 99 times(35.23%),hypomenorrhea 97 times(34.52%),andmetrorrhagia and metrostaxis 6 times(2.14%).3.According to the analysis of TCM syndrome types of 281 cases of 110 PCOS patients of reproductive age,172 cases of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(61.21%),54 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome(19.22%),36 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(12.81%),and 19 cases of damp heat syndrome(6.76%).4.A total of 281 prescriptions were included,including 93 in the postmenstrual period,50 in the intermenstrual period,96 in the premenstrual period,and 42 in the menstrual period.A total of 75 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the 42 prescriptions included in the menstrual period,and the total frequency of use was 736 times,among which the commonly used drugs were: Angelica,radix cyathulae,rose flowers,cowherb seed,spina gleditsiae,Lulutong,Zelan,Peony Leather,madder,Xiangfu,Danshen and so on.In the drug association analysis,it was found that the drug pairings with higher frequency were Lulutong-cowherb seed,Lulutong-radix cyathulae,Lulutong-spina gleditsiae,Lulutong-Rose Flowers,Rose Flowers-cowherb seed.Cluster analysis yielded 4 types of drug combinations: C1: Zelan,motherwort fruit,madder,Lulutong,Rose flowers,cowherb seed,radix cyathulae,spina gleditsiae;C2: Peony Leather,honeysuckle,salvia chinensis,Caulis Spatholobi;C3: Xiangfu,Danshen;C4: angelica.A total of 110 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the 93 prescriptions included in the postmenstrual period,and the total frequency of use was 1718 times.Among them,commonly used drugs are: Baizhu,Cuscuta chinensis,Amomum villosum,Rehmannia glutinosa,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Yam,Astragalus,himalayan teasel root,angelica,Chinese wolfberry,etc.In drug correlation analysis,it was concluded that Amomum villosum-Baizhu,Rehmannia glutinosa-Cuscuta chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa-Baizhu,yam-cuscuta chinensis,yam-Rehmannia glutinosa,etc.Cluster analysis yields five types of drug combinations: C1: Baizhu,Amomum villosum,Astragalus,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Cuscuta chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Yam;C2: Angelica;C3: Cistanche,Ligustrum lucidum;C4: himalayan teasel root,mulberry parasitic;C5: Chinese wolfberry,Eucommia,Mulberry.There are 50 prescriptions included in the intermenstrual period,87 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and the total frequency of use was 848,among which the commonly used drugs were: Cuscuta chinensis,Lulutong,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,spina gleditsiae,Dendrobium,cornu cervi degelatinatum,Epimedium,rhizoma sparganic,Notopterygium incisum,himalayan teasel root,etc.In the drug association analysis,it was concluded that Cuscuta chinensis-Lulutong,Cuscuta chinensis-Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Lulutong-spina gleditsiae,Cuscuta chinensis-spina gleditsiae,DendrobiumPseudostellaria heterophylla,etc.Cluster analysis yielded 6 types of drug combinations: C1: cornu cervi degelatinatum,epimedium,Notopterygium incisum,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Dendrobium;C2: Cuscuta chinensis,Lulutong,spina gleditsiae,rhizoma sparganic;C3: himalayan teasel root,tangerine leaf;C4: Rose flowers,Morinda officinalis;C5: Raspberry;C6: Guizhi.A total of 103 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the 96 prescriptions included in the early stage,and the total frequency of use was 1796,among which the commonly used drugs were: Angelica,Chuanxiong,Baizhu,Achyranthes bidentata,Xiangfu,Chuanlianzi,Cuscuta chinensis,Fresh Motherwort,spina gleditsiae,Curcuma aromatica etc.In the drug association analysis,it was concluded that Chuanxiong-angelica,Achyranthes bidentata-angelica,Xiangfu-angelica,Chuanlianzi-angelica,Fresh Motherwort-angelica and so on were more frequent.The cluster analysis yielded six drug combinations: C1: Achyranthes bidentata,Angelica,Chuanxiong;C2: Astragalus;C3: Chenpi,Poria cocos,Xiangfu,Chuanlianzi;C4: Curcuma aromatica,Fresh Motherwort,Safflower,peach seed;C5: Rose flowers,spina gleditsiae,Lulutong,cowherb seed;C6: Baizhu,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Cuscuta chinensis,Eucommia.5.The analysis of the four gases and wuwei distribution in the 281 prescriptions was conducted,and the warmth drug was used most frequently,followed by the flat drug.The wuwei distribution were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter.The drugs belong to the kidney,liver,spleen meridian.Conclusions: Professor Jiang Huizhong treats polycystic ovary syndrome in stages,strictly obeys pathogenesis,insists on nourishing kidney throughout combined with soothing liver and strengthening spleen.In addition,the treatment method of drying dampness and dispersing phlegm along with quickening the blood and transforming stasis is adopted,treating both tip and root and aiming at the primary cause of disease.She is excellent in the combination of drug using,which is embodied in her flexible therapy and staged prescription.The data mining analysis of Professor Jiang Huizhong’s treatment of PCOS patients at reproductive age is of great significance to the inheritance and development of prestigious Chinese physicians,and also provides new medication consideration for clinicians. |
