Objective: To investigate the characteristics of type 2 diabetes(diabetes mellitus)by collecting clinical cases,to summarize the distribution of TCM syndrome types, and to study the relationship between each TCM syndrome type and gender, age, laboratory indicators(fasting blood glucose, fasting C-peptide,fasting insulin, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin concentration),the course of diabetes,BMI,for 2 diabetes(diabetes mellitus)To provide theoretical basis for clinical dialectical treatment of TCM.Methods: Through retrospective study and analysis, the general data, carve Down syndrome, tongue coating pulse, laboratory indexes of inpatient medical records and discharged medical records from September 2017 to September 2019 in the Endocrinology Department of Hubei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(Guanggu District)were collected and analyzed.According to the diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine for type 2 diabetes mellitus(diabetes),the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were formulated and collected in total 206 complete cases were collected.According to the classification of TCM syndromes,SPSS is used to input data, set independent variables and dependent variables, select statistical analysis methods, sort out data, analyze data, and draw conclusions. Results:In 206 cases, there were 108 males and 98 females;in males, there were 43 cases of deficiency of Qi and Yin,26 cases of excess of yin and heat,21 cases of deficiency of yin and Yang,18 cases of blood stasis vein;in females, there were 37 cases of deficiency of Qi and Yin,20 cases of excess of yin and heat,23 cases of deficiency of yin and Yang;18 cases of blood stasis and collaterals;the course of type 2 diabetes mellitus(diabetes mellitus): deficiency of Qi and Yin > excess of yin and heatin terms of fins(fasting insulin),the difference between the four TCM syndromes was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).There was significant difference between yin and yang deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency heat excess syndrome(p < 0.05);there was significant difference between blood stasis vein syndrome and yin deficiency heat excess syndrome(p < 0.05);The results showed that there was no statistical difference in the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types and the indexes of age, gender, body mass index(BMI),FBG,FCP,HbA1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C(p > 0.05).Conclusion1.Among the four types of type 2 diabetes mellitus(diabetes mellitus),the two deficiency syndromes of Qi and Yin are the largest in this study. At the same time,Qi and yin deficiency syndrome can be used as the common syndrome type of type 2 diabetes(diabetes mellitus);2.In terms of gender, single factor analysis of variance showed that p > 0.05,there was no statistical significance between TCM syndrome type distribution and gender;in terms of age, single factor analysis of variance showed that p > 0.05,there was no statistical significance between TCM syndrome type distribution and age;3.According to this study, the blood stasis and venation syndrome can be seen in any course of type 2 diabetes(diabetes mellitus),and the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be used in the treatment of diabetes;4.Using the rank sum test to analyze the difference of four types,we can get the conclusion that p < 0.05,which shows that there is statistical significance in the difference of TCM syndrome types.Further, through the one-way ANOVA,we can use the Bonferroni test to verify which two syndrome types are different, and we can get the conclusion that there is statistical significance in the difference between yin-yang deficiency syndrome and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome(p < 0.05);there is statistical significance in the difference between yin-yang deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency heat excess syndrome. There was significant difference between blood stasis and vein syndrome and yin deficiency and heat excess syndrome(p < 0.05)...
