Objective: Overactive bladder(OAB)is a common clinical symptom,is defined by the international urinary control society(International continence society,ICS)as a syndrome characterized by urgency, often accompanied by frequent urination and nocturia, with or without urgent urinary incontinence, and without other well-defined pathological changes such as urinary tract.Although this disease is not like other diseases life-threatening,but has a great impact on the physical and psychological, and may suffer from depression and other mental symptoms, and even suicidal tendency. For OAB patients, domestic and international treatment of Overactive bladder(OAB)include behavioral therapy,Pharmacologic Management, other treatment, for the preferred treatment of ineffective or intolerant, can choose other treatment methods, including intradetrusor onabotulinumtoxin A injection, bladder infusion with capsaicin or capsaicin analogue, neuromodulation, surgery, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. One of the onabotulinumtoxin A intravesical injection treatment is more and more concerned by urology experts at home and abroad. This paper adopts the method of cohort study, mainly studies clinical efficacy and safety of onabotulinumtoxin A intravesical injection in the treatment of Overactive bladder. The treatment of botulinumtoxinA intravesical injection therapy OAB gradually matured. The operation is simple, easy to operate, with little risk, less postoperative complications and obvious improvement of symptoms and quality of life. But this method is not the first-line treatment, the clinical use rate needs to be improved. Therefore,it is very important to verify, observe and summarize the effectiveness and safety of the operation. Therefore, from March 2018 to March 2019,our hospital treated38 patients with OAB with this procedure.Observation of recovery after operation, evaluate this procedure objectively, observe it's clinical efficacy and safety, and the value of the operation in the OAB treatment system. To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of botulinumtoxin A intravesical injection for the treatment of overactive bladder, and evaluate the value of the operation in the treatment system of overactive bladder. Methods:Using a before and after self control study, analyse the clinical data that from March 2018 to March 2019,38 patients with OAB with clear indications and no obvious contraindication were treated with botulinumtoxin A intravesical injection.Patient's age from 40 to 78.Average age is(58.3±1.3).Course of disease from6 month to 10 years.Average course of disease is(4.3±1.6)years.Objectively analyze and compare the differences between preoperative and postoperative extubation 1 day, postoperative 7days,postoperative 1 month, postoperative 3 months, postoperative 6months,postoperative 1 year, mainly include the number of urination urgency, day urination times, night urination times, average amount of each urination,OAB symptom score(OABSS),quality of life score(QOL),residual urine volume(PVR)and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax). And record the operation time, postoperative complications. Results:The number of daytime urination, the number of night urination, the number of urgency?OAB symptom score and quality of life score were all decreased than those before operation after catheter extraction 1days,1 week after operation,1 month after operation,3 months after operation,6 months after operation,1 year after operation, and the average volume of urination were higher than before.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postvoided residual urine had no significant differences, difference wasn't statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: BotulinumtoxinA intravesical injection has remarkable effect on Overactive bladder, and has the advantages of short operation time, small trauma, high security, rapid recovery after operation and less complications.High patient compliance? It is a minimally invasive method that is worth spreading widely.
