consulting a large number of ancient prescriptions,classics and test prescriptions for treating and regulating spleen and stomach diseases,this subject finally selected two medicinal meals "eight precious cakes" and "Shenling Cake" as the basic prescriptions,and then combined with the 2019 edition of the medicine and food homology catalogue,finally determined that the prescription of this subject is: Codonopsis,Poria cocos,white lentils,lotus seeds,Coix seed,yam,Euryale fruit.This prescription has the effect of tonifying the spleen and nourishing the stomach,mainly aimed at the weak spleen and stomach,the reduction of diet,the body easily tired people.In the prescription,Codonopsis pilosula can replenish qi,Poria cocos and Coix seed have the function of removing dampness and tonifying spleen,Poria cocos up wet,Coix seed down wet,these two kinds of medicine one rise and one drop,together hard,can make the body's qi machine run up.Lotus seed has the function of clearing the heart and refreshing the spleen and nourishing the spirit in the tonifying.Euryale seed has the function of strengthening the kidney and astringent essence,tonifying the spleen andstopping the discharge.Therefore,the whole prescription tonifying qi,spleen and stomach,medicine and food dual-use,peaceful and unbiased.In order to prepare the above prescription into a modern preparation which is convenient to eat,this paper chooses chewable tablet,which is convenient for the elderly and children,and names it as "Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet ".The experiment was carried out on five aspects: prescription extraction process,preparation molding process,product quality standard,preliminary stability and preliminary pharmacodynamics.Extraction technology: by consulting the chemical composition of each medicinal material in the prescription and analyzing and sorting out the physical and chemical properties and pharmacological effects of each medicinal material,this subject decided to divide the prescription seven kinds of medicine into two parts,one part of water extraction(Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos,white lentils,lotus seeds),and one part of direct powder(yam,Coix seed,Euryale seed)for the later molding process.The method of water extraction process is: using orthogonal design test,taking the total polysaccharide content of water extract extract and the content of Codonopsis pyne glycoside as the evaluation index,the four factors that affect the water extraction effect are investigated,so as to screen out the optimal water extraction process and carry out process verification,and the results show that the process is stable and feasible.Molding technology: the forming technology of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet was studied.Firstly,the excipient of chewable tablet was screened by single factor test with a viewto selecting the most suitable excipient for masticatory tablet forming.Finally,the optimum forming process is verified,and the result proves that the process is stable and feasible.Quality standard: in this subject,Coix seed oil was used as reference substance,and the Coix seed in Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet was qualitatively identified by TLC(TLC).In the same way,Euryale seed was used as control tablet to identify Euryale seed.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of Codonopsis pilosula alkyne in Codonopsis pilosula and triglyceride in Coix seed.According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the quality standard of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablets was formulated.Stability test: this subject to the spleen warm stomach chewable stability test of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet,and examined the characters,weight difference,thin layer identification and content determination of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet in the corresponding time required.The final results showed that all the examination items of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablets were in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia chewable tablets.Preliminary Pharmacodynamics: A preliminary experimental study on the pharmacodynamics of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablets.The main results were as follows: the rat body weight and food intake were recorded during the administration of the drug,and the increment of the rat body weight was calculated and the food utilization rate of the rat was calculated;after the administration,the stomach of the rat was dissected to determine whether the drug had therapeutic and protectiveeffects on gastric mucosal injury;The spleen index,creatinine content,alanine aminotransferase content and alanine aminotransferase content of rats were also determined after administration.The results showed that Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablets could increase body weight and food utilization,protect gastric mucosa injury,increase spleen index,but the contents of creatinine,alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were all within normal range,which indicated that Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablets did have the effect of invigorating spleen,and long-term consumption did not damage liver and kidney function of rats.To sum up,the preparation technology of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet was investigated for the first time,the quality standard and stability of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet were established for the first time,and the pharmacodynamics of Jianpi warm stomach chewable tablet was studied for the first time.
