Research On Improving The Crowdfunding Model Of Personal Serious Disease Relief From The Perspective Of Trust

So far,China has established a "multi-level and extensive coverage" medical security system with basic medical insurance for urban workers,basic medical insurance for urban residents,new type of rural cooperative medical care,and medical assistance for urban and rural residents as the main body,supplemented by other forms of security.The medical security system has built up a defense line to protect the lives of the masses,but there are still many problems and difficulties in practice.Limits on how much medical assistance can be reimbursed have become an invisible barrier to families' access to medical care,and it won't go away for a long time.Therefore,when the relief mechanism for serious diseases has not been truly established and public organizations cannot benefit every corner,it is a good way to solve the problem for individuals to ask for help publicly when they encounter difficulties.Only when the social forces are truly involved in the medical assistance and can the individual call for help be more responsive.As a new mode of social mutual assistance,crowdfunding for personal critical disease relief can encourage more people to participate in mutual assistance activities such as medical assistance,which is of great significance to the improvement of China's basic medical security system.Since 2014,with the rapid development of crowdfunding for personal serious disease relief,there have been frequent incidents of false information,"arbitrary"auditing and misappropriation of donations,which have led to the public's continuous questioning and a growing trend.Trust is a bridge between emotional trigger and actual forwarding donation behavior.Therefore,this study selected trust as the theoretical perspective,and combined with social capital,social welfare preference and bounded rational trust theory,studied the improvement of the crowdfunding model of personal serious disease relief.Firstly,the operation subject,operation environment and operation process of crowdfunding for personal serious disease relief were sorted out to clarify its operation mechanism.Secondly,based on the case study,the author investigates the four stages of personal critical disease relief crowdfunding,and discusses the effect of personal critical disease relief crowdfunding under different trust perception conditions.Finally,from the three dimensions of institutional trust,interpersonal trust and the control of the consequences of breach of trust,the paper proposes operational strategies for improving the institutional environment,enhancing the effectiveness of the platform audit and standardizing the behavior of both parties.
