Objective: To treat patients with grade 1 and 2 primary hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity)combined with increased vascular stiffness by using Chinese medicine granule Xia knee recipe,observe the curative effect of Xia knee recipe on blood pressure and improve vascular stiffness.Provide new means to prevent and treat hypertension while reducing target organ damage.Methods: 72 outpatients and inpatients from the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were collected and divided into a treatment group and a control group of 36 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given enalapril,and the dosage was adjusted according to the blood pressure to reach the normal level of blood pressure reduction.The treatment group was given Xiajifang treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Every 4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of clinical observation.Compare the difference of blood pressure and pulse wave conduction velocity between the two groups after treatment.Results: 1.The blood pressure values ??of the two groups before treatment are not statistically significant(P>0.05)and are comparable;after treatment,the blood pressure of the treatment group is effective than the control group,and the self-measured blood pressure values ??and the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure are compared between the two groups It is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,the difference in the brachial-ankle pulse wave conduction velocity(baPWV)values ??between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;after treatment,the values ??between the two groups were calculated and the treatment group was better than The control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups before and after was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference in syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;after treatment,the comparison of syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The comparison of the patient's syndrome score before and after the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Xiajifang treats primary hypertension of grade 1 and 2(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type)with stable and safe clinical effect.2.Xia knee prescription can reduce the patient's pulse wave conduction velocity.3.Xia knee prescription can effectively reduce the patient's syndrome score and relieve the patient's clinical symptoms.
