Clinic Inspection On Diabetic Nephropathy Stage ?(Liver Aud Kidney Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)by Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen Decoction

Objective:By observing the improvement of urinary microalbumin creatinine ratio,24-hour urinary protein quantification,and TCM syndrome scores in patients with Diabetic Nephropathy stage IV(Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome)by Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen decoction,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen decoction in treating Diabetic Nephropathy stage ?(Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome)Methods:Randomly collected 72 patients who met the stage ? of diabetic nephropathy(hepatorenal yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and then 12 cases fell off,finally 60 cases were induded,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received diabetes education,and given hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,anti-hypertensive and other symptomatic basic treatment.The control group was given Irbesartan tablets on the basis of conventional treatment;the treatment group combined with Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen decoction on the basis of the control group.They were observed for 12 weeks.To evaluate the curative effect of Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen decoction by comparing the data(urine microalbumin creatinine ratio,24h urinary protein quantification,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,TCM syndrome score)before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in optimizing urine microalbumin creatinine ratio,24h urine protein quantification,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein(P<0.05);In terms of optimizing total cholesterol,the treatment group was not significantly better than the control group(P>0.05);In terms of optimizing TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Comparing the total effective rate of western medicine,the treatment group was 86.7%and the control group was 66.7%,which proved that the results is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better in optimizing the 24-hour unine protein quantification and urine microalbumin creatinine ratio than the control group.Comparing with the scores of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was 93.3%,and the control group was 80.0%(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group also has advantages in improving TCM syndromes.At the same time,in the study,there were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Kusuan Tongtiao Baoshen decoction has achieved satisfactory results in improving the clinical symptoms and some related laboratory indexes of patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy(liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and has good safety and is worthy of clinical application.
