| Purpose: In this study,the patients with migraine(shaoyangyangming combined disease)were taken as the research objects to observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of "chaixiong pai turbidite soup".Summarize the clinical practice experience of the tutor,and then explore a safe and effective clinical diagnosis and treatment method.At the same time,it provides a practical and reliable theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of migraine(shaoyangyangming combined disease)based on syndrome differentiation of the six classics in treatise on febrile diseases and hu xishu's prescription syndrome differentiation.Methods: In a randomized,controlled clinical trial,72 migraine patients(Shaoyang Yangming syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given "Chaixiong Pai Turbid Soup"(No decoction granules)orally,while the control group was given Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule orally for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms of headache and the score of TCM syndromes(Shaoyangyang minghe disease)before and after treatment were observed,and the relevant data were recorded and counted for analysis and comparison to discuss the clinical efficacy of "Chaixiong Drainage Turbid Soup".Result: A total of 72 patients were enrolled,including 7 cases of abscission(including 4 cases in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group)and 65 cases without abscission(including 32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group).Age,gender and course of disease were compared between the two groups(P > 0.05),showing no statistical difference and comparability.By rank sum test,various migraine symptoms(i.e.,number of migraine attacks,duration of headache,degree of headache and accompanying symptoms)were compared between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),showing no statistical difference and comparability.Before and after treatment,the P values of all migraine symptoms(i.e.,number of migraine attacks,duration of headache,degree of headache and accompanying symptoms,etc.)in the two groups were all lessthan 0.01,showing statistically significant differences,indicating that the two groups' treatment methods improved all migraine symptoms.After treatment,the P values of all migraine symptoms between the two groups were all greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in treatment methods between the two groups.After t test,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were compared and analyzed(P>0.05),showing no statistical difference and comparability.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome integral group,P value is less than 0.01,statistically significant,that two groups of treatment of TCM syndrome integral aspects are improved,comparison between the two group patients after treatment,P = 0.018,statistically significant,in improving the TCM syndrome integral treatment group effect better than that in control group;According to the TCM syndrome curative effect analysis,P =0.042,showing a statistical difference,indicating that the total effective rate(84.38%)of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(69.70%)in improving the TCM syndrome curative effect.Conclusion: Under the guidance of the theory system of syndrome differentiation of the six classics in treatise on febrile diseases and the syndrome differentiation of hu xishu's prescription,chaixiong pai turbidness decoction is effective in the treatment of migraine(shaoyangyangming combined disease).The total effective rate treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
