Therapeutic Effect Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On Ankle Swelling After Ankle Fracture Surgery

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on ankle swelling after ankle fracture operationMethods: Choose 60 inpatients with ankle fracture after surgery in the Orthopedic center of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jilin Province from December 2018 to December 2019,were assigned randomly to two groups.The one group was named treatment group,the other one was control group,each group was thirty patients.The control group was treated with Melilotus Extract Tablets,the treatment group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction,.During treatment,each patient,s ankle swelling extent was measured with the same tape measure,and the variation of pain score was also measured.at regular intervals.Comparison and analysis the two group,s ankle swelling extent on the fifth day ? seventh day ? tenth day after fracture operation.Record and analysis the two group,s pain score on the third day? fifth day?seventh day after fracture operation.Results: Statistical analysis was made in the control group and treatment group on the pain score and the ankle swelling extent after treatment.The degree of inflammation in ankle swelling extent and pain score both have significant effect in the two groups after operation.The results no statistically significant(P > 0.5).Conclusion: Taohong Siwu Decoction has a good effect on ankle swelling after ankle fracture surgery.
