Research On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yiqi Huayulishui Prescription From The Perspective Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Qi,blood And Body Fluid

Objective: 1.Through the clinical observation of qi and blood body fluid differentiation in the treatment of chronic heart failure,the guiding role of Qi and blood body fluid differentiation in the treatment of chronic heart failure was discussed.2.Professor Deng Yue applied qi and blood body fluid to treat chronic heart failure,which can be simplified and complicated in clinic.Methods: All 72 patients in the group were given western medicine standardized treatment,the experimental group on the basis of western medicine standardized treatment to Professor Deng Yue self-made Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription to treatment.If the patient suffers from other complications at the same time,he is given symptomatic treatment,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.Evaluation of the curative effect of Chinese and Western medicine before and after treatment was observed in the two groups,and the data were analyzed statistically using SPSS23.0.Results:1.The two groups of patients in gender,age,disease course and other aspects of p > 0.05,there is a comparison.2.Before the treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was comparable,with p > 0.05;after treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the two groups and between groups was p < 0.05,showing a statistical difference,and the improvement in the experimental group was better.3.The total effective rate test group 94.5% was significantly higher than the control group 75.0%,and the test group was more effective.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups p>0.05,which was comparable.After treatment,the results of rank sum test p<0.05,indicating that the symptoms in the group were significantly changed,and the treatment level in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group?5.Lee score was compared between the groups before treatment p>0.05.After treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups and within the group,and the test group score was more significantly lower than the control group.6.The six-minute walking test,before and after treatment,p>0.05,between groups did not reach statistical difference,thetwo groups p<0.05,the group had statistical difference,but the walking distance of the patients in the test group was significantly increased compared with the control group.7.Before treatment,the two groups of NT-Pro BNP were comparable,with p > 0.05.After treatment,the values of NT-Pro BNP in both groups improved,but the decrease was more obvious in the experimental group than in the control group.8.Before and after treatment,the LVEF value of the two groups was compared with p > 0.05,which was not statistically significant.However,the results of the two groups showed that p < 0.05,showing a difference in each group.After treatment,the LVEF value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.9.For the heart color ultrasound,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.2%,the total effective rate of the test group was 80.6%,the test group was higher than the control group,P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups.10.Before treatment,the total dimension integral,physical dimension integral and emotional dimension integral of Minnesota scale p>0.05,indicating no difference,comparability,After treatment,the three dimensional integral in the two groups and between groups decreased,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the range of dimension integral in the experimental group decreased more.Conclusion:The effect evaluation of Chinese and western medicine and medical treatment of chronic heart failure based on syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and body fluid has changed obviously.Professor Deng Yue regards the complex and changeable clinical symptoms of CHF as the disorder of qi,blood and body fluid,and uses qi,blood and body fluid syndrome differentiation treatment,which not only embodies the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment?The clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure is more standardized and the clinical treatment level is more optimized.
