Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Insomnia Of Heart And Spleen Deficiency Type With Acupoint Sticking By "Bu Mie Tie"

Objective:In this study,we compared the clinical effects of acupoint application and oral Guipi Capsule in the treatment of primary insomnia(heart and spleen deficiency type)to determine whether acupoint application is effective.MethodsThis study used a randomized,controlled clinical study design.Patients with primary insomnia of the heart and spleen deficiency type were included in the study.A total of 72 patients were included,36 in each group,divided into treatment group(SP6 and HT7 bilateral acupoint sticking therapy)and control group(Oral Guipi Capsules 3 capsules each time,taken after breakfast and dinner)Observation scale: The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale and TCM Syndrome Scale were the main observation indicators.The sleep log scale,the Ascension scale,the anxiety scale,and the depression scale were the secondary observation indicators.Observe the changes before and after treatment and during the follow-up period,and record adverse reactions in detail.Results1.Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)score,no pre-statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Comparing follow-up with treatment,the differences in the group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.TCM Syndrome Scale,the comparison before and after the treatment group is statistically significant(P<0.05),after the treatment group comparison no difference(P>0.05).3.The overall efficacy comparison,the total efficiency of oral drug group was 90.6%,the total efficiency of the acuity placement group was 93.5%.Conclusion1."BuMieTie" and “Guipi”Capsule are effective in treating primary insomnia,but " BuMieTie " has advantages in improving overall efficacy,sleep efficiency and palpitations.2." BuMieTie " and “Guipi”Capsules are effective in maintaining the efficacy during the follow-up period,but " BuMieTie " has certain advantages in maintaining sleep quality,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction.
