Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Insomnia(Heart And Spleen Deficiency Type) With Acupuncture And Pestle Needle

Objective: This study mainly studied the effect of acupuncture combined with pestle and needle therapy on the treatment of insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency compared with acupuncture alone,so as to demonstrate the clinical effectiveness of combined therapy with needle and stick,and to provide a new green safe and effective treatment for insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency based on clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Selection within a certain period of time medicineacupuncture clinics and treatment area to see a doctor and conform to the glove two deficiency type of insomnia,a total of 72 patients with diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,will be included in the subject of patients in medical order successively randomly divided into two groups,each group of 36 cases,period of treatment to exclude out and fall off standard cases,actual treatment of 32 cases in treatment group and control group in the actual treatment of 31 cases.Control group treatment plan: points selected baihui,shenmen,sanyin jiao,anmian,shenmai,zhaohai;With pishu,xinshu,zusanli,routine disinfection,acupuncture,get qi after the needle for 30 min.Treatment plan of the treatment group: points selected Shinto eight,baihui,shenmen,sanyin intersection;With spleen shu,foot three li;Treatment methods:(1)baihui,shenmen,sanyin jiao,PI shu,zusanli,routine disinfection,acupuncture,get qi after the needle for 30 minutes;The use of diamond pestles in the eight points of Shinto,the door of the god,the three Yin intersection,zusanli have to do a number of button,closed,the strength of the patient tolerance degree,each technique 1-3min.Two groups of patients were treated once a day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2courses of treatment.The PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group and between the two groups respectively.SPSS 26.0 software was used for data statistical analysis to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results: 1.SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the data of the two groups of patients general conditions(gender,age,course of disease),PSQI scores and TCMsyndrome scores in and between the two groups before treatment.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the general information and scores of the two groups before treatment.2.Statistical analysis of PSQI index scores and total scores,TCM syndrome scores and before treatment showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods were effective in treating insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency.3.The PSQI index scores and total scores of the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups,showing differences(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating that the combination of the two therapies had more advantages in improving patients' sleep quality than acupuncture alone.4.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups,showing differences(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating that the combination of the two therapies had more advantages in improving the TCM syndrome of patients than acupuncture alone.5.After the treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 90.62%,control group total effective rate was 83.87%,treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,after comparing the differences between the treatment group and control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment group is better than the control group,the two kinds of therapy in combination with treatment,cases of deficiency type insomnia curative effect is superior to simple acupuncture.Conclusion:Through the comparative analysis of the two treatment methods,the following conclusions are drawn: acupuncture alone and combined therapy have certain curative effects on insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency;After the treatment,the combined therapy group was superior to the simple acupuncture group in terms of the improvement of the total PSQI score,various indicators and TCM syndrome scores.
