Part ?:Literature ReviewThis part is mainly based on the theory of five Yun and six Qi in traditional Chinese Medicine.The basic experiments and clinical studies on cervical spondylosis were reviewed in recent years,and the relationship between the theory of five Yun and six Qi and the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis was analyzedCervical spondylosis belongs to arthralgia syndrome,impotence syndrome,Xiang Qiang syndrome,vertigo and other categories in traditional Chinese medicine.The law of the onset of cervical spondylosis will change with the change of the weather and the law of the YunQi every year.Therefore,the theory of YunQi has great warning value for the onset of cervical spondylosis.Part ?:Study on the relationship between the incidence of cervical spondylosis and meteorology based on the six Qi TheoryObjective:To study the correlation between the incidence of cervical spondylosis and six Qi and meteorology in Wuxi area,and to explore the climatic factors affecting the incidence of cervical spondylosisMETHODS:From January 20,2016 to January 19,2017,805 inpatient cases with the first diagnosis of Xiang Bi disease in traditional Chinese medicine and cervical spondylosis in western medicine were collected.The meteorological data were provided by China Meteorological data network,and the six Qi data were calculated according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicineRESULTS:The occurrence of cervical spondylosis is negatively correlated with average temperature,average relative humidity and average wind speed,among which there is a positive correlation with average precipitation,among which there is a statistically significant correlation with average temperature and average precipitation(p<0.01).The average temperature correlation degree r=0.944 and the average precipitation correlation degree r=0.783,which shows that the occurrence of cervical spondylosis has a greater correlation with meteorological factors.compared with precipitation,temperature has a greater influence on the occurrence of cervical spondylosis.The main meteorological factors are analyzed in detail.when the average temperature is lower than7?,the incidence of cervical spondylosis is relatively high.the incidence is usually concentrated in January,November and December of each year.The incidence of cervical spondylosis was higher when there was more rain in February and March,and the number of cervical spondylosis cases showed an increasing trend when the precipitation?400 mm.Conclusion:The occurrences of Cervical Spondylosis in Six Qi have some certain rules,which mainly affected by temperature and precipitation,and these rules are in accordance with Six Qi pathogenic characteristics in TCM.In this way,some preventions of Cervical Spondylosis can be madeto reduce the occurrence of it.Part ?:Risk Model of Cervical Spondylosis caused by multiple Meteorological parametersObjective:To evaluate the influence of 10 meteorological factors on the incidence of cervical spondylosis,including average air pressure,average temperature,maximum temperature,minimum temperature,precipitation,sunshine hours,average relative humidity,minimum relative humidity,average ground temperature and average wind speed.Methods:Collected the meteorological data of Wuxi area from January 2015 to June 2018 and the inpatient cases of cervical spondylosis that meet the requirements,edit the input models of data training set(January 2015 to December 2017)and verification set(January 2018 to June 2018)by using multiple linear regression and stepwise regression,establish the cervical spondylosis prediction model of Wuxi,calculate the goodness of fit and prediction accuracy of each model,compare and analyze and determine the best one Forecast method.RESULTS:Multiple linear regression selects 8 meteorological factors into the model,i.e.average pressure,average temperature,maximum temperature,minimum temperature,sunshine hours,average relative humidity,average ground temperature and average wind speed,and gradually selects 2 meteorological factors,i.e.average relative humidity and average ground temperature.In the training set,the maximum relative error of multiple linear regression model prediction is 0.345%,the minimum error is 0%,and the average error is 0.042%;the maximum relative error of stepwise regression model prediction is 0.362%,the minimum error is 0%,and the average error is 0.043%;the maximum relative error of verification set multiple linear regression model prediction is 0.098%,the minimum error is 0%,and the average error is 0.06 3%;the maximum relative error of stepwise regression model is 0.362%,the minimum error is 0%,and the average error is 0.061%.Conclusion:The incidence of cervical spondylosis is closely related to temperature and humidity.The stepwise regression model is slightly better than the multiple linear regression model.The application of this model can provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
