Clinical Study On Acupuncture Of "Qiangshentongdu" Combined With Lumbar Nerve Root Block In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To clarify the clinical effect of "qiangshentongdu" acupuncture combined with lumbar nerve root block in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,to provide ideas for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to provide references for the exploration of more effective treatment schemes in the future.Methods:Ninety patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the criteria were selected.Ninety patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with "qiangshentongdu" acupuncture combined with lumbar nerve root block.Acupuncture once a day,5 times a week,10 times as a course of treatment,lumbar nerve root block once a week,2 times as a course of treatment;There are 2 courses of treatment.Control group 1: acupuncture therapy of "" qiangshentongdu " " was adopted,and the treatment method and course of treatment were the same as those of the treatment group.Control group 2: lumbar nerve root block was used,and the treatment method and course were the same as those in the treatment group.patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the criteria were selected.The observation indexes were The Visual analogue scale(VAS)and The Modify-Japanese Orthopedic Association Low back pain scale(M-JOA).The scores of each patient were recorded before and after treatment respectively.The clinical efficacy of each patient was evaluated according to Diagnostic and therapeutic criteria for diseases and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the data were sorted and analyzed by Excel software and SPSS24 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of three groups of patients before treatment: statistical analysis shows that there is no statistical difference in gender,age,course of disease,The Visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain before treatment,and The Modify-Japanese Orthopedic Association Low back pain scale(M-JOA)(P>0.05),which is comparable.2.Comparison of VAS values: after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups(p<0.05).There was significant difference in VAS among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 1 and the control group2,the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2 is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of M-JOA values: after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)before and after comparison of M-JOA values in the three groups.The difference in M-JOA scores among the three groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).the difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 and 2 is statistically significant(P<0.05).the difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2 is not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of clinical effects: treatment group: total effective rate 93.33%;Control group 1: total effective rate 83.33%;control group 2: total effective rate 73.33%.The curative effect of the three groups was significant after treatment.According to statistical analysis,the difference in clinical efficacy among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 and the control group 2 is statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2 is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The acupuncture method of "qiangshentongdu" combined with lumbar nerve root block and the acupuncture method of "qiangshentongdu" and lumbar nerve root block have obviously improved the pain,lumbar motor function and comprehensive clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation.The acupuncture method of "qiangshentongdu" combined with lumbar nerve root block is obviously superior to the treatment effect of "qiangshentongdu" acupuncture method and lumbar nerve root block alone.
