Clinical Observation Of Qishenyiqi Pills In The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Heart Failure( Coronary Heart Failure)

Objective Through clinical observation of Qishenyiqi pills comb ined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis chronic heart failure( coronary he art failure),clinical and TCM syndrome efficacy,NT-pro BNP level s,Echocardiographic indexes(LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD) and 6 minutes w alking distance were observd,evaluating the effection of Qishen yiqi pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure and explor ing its mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and Western m edicine in treating chronic heart failure.Methods Collecting 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients d uring 2013 June to 2014 December which from Tird Hospital of Wu han Department of Cardiology in outpatient and inpatient,select ed candidates conforms to the criteria for diagnosis of coronar y heart disease and TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis chronic heart failure,and their heart function were classified as grade II to III,they were randomly divided into 2 group, the treatme nt group and control group each has 30 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given Qishenyiqi pills orally on the basis of the c ontrol group, one bag each time,three times a day,for 4 weeks.D oing cardiac function assessment,symptom scores,quality of life scores,plasma NT-pro BNP test,echocardiography and 6 minute wal k distance test before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment,co mparing the symptoms and signs,NYHA functional class,the plasma NT-pro BNP levels, echocardiography index, 6 minutes walking di stance,TCM syndrome scores and life quality scores of the two g roups before and after treatment,evaluating its clinical curati ve effect. At the same time monitoring in patients with liver a nd kidney function to judge the safety of the electrolyte.The o btained data were statistically analyzed,and to judge the stati stically significantResults ①A comparison of the two groups of before and after tr eatment:after the treament,heart function had improved,NYHA gra ding and LVEF had increased,LVESD and LVEDD had decreased,compa red with the treatment before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);NT-pro BNP levels had decreased,6 minutes w alking distance had increased,the quality of life and TCM syndr ome scores were reduced,there is statistically significant diff erence compared with before treatment(P<0.01).②Afther treatmen t,the treatment group compared with the control group: After tr eatment,NYHA cardiac functional grading treatment group curativ e effect surpasses the control group(P<0.05);the level of plas ma NT-pro BNP in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05);LVEF was increased,LVESD and LVEDD were decreased,and the effic acy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group 6 minutes walking distance(6MWD) higher than that of the control group the treatment group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome integral reduced more obviously(P<0.05);t he treatment group reduced quality of life scores than the cont rol group(P<0.05).③In the course of the treatment, the two gro ups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion ①Qishenyiqi pills can obviously improve the clinica l symptoms and TCM syndrome type of qi deficiency and blood sta sis in patients with chronic heart failure,improve the quality of patients’ life.②Qishenyiqi pills can reduce plasma NT-pro BN P level and LVESD and LVEDD,improve the left ventricular ejecti on fraction,decrease increases 6 minutes walking distance,impro ve the tolerance of patients’ exercise.③Qishenyiqi pills is sa fety,and there is no adverse reaction.
