At present,no method or drug has been developed for the complete cure of diabetes.The key lies in effective continuous blood glucose monitoring.Early invasive blood glucose monitoring has the disadvantages of complicated operation,obvious pain and discontinuous data.In recent years,minimally invasive and even non-invasive blood glucose monitoring techniques have been developed.Non-invasive blood glucose monitoring is technically difficult to achieve and has low accuracy and sensitivity.Minimally invasive blood glucose monitoring technology is an important breakthrough in the continuous monitoring of human blood glucose,which can effectively reduce pain,and has higher sensitivity,higher accuracy,and easier implementation than non-invasive blood glucose monitoring technology.This paper combines near field communication(NFC)technology to design and implement a micro-trauma,low-power continuous blood glucose monitor.Continuous glucose monitor based on NFC is an intelligent instrument that integrates NFC technology,glucose sensor technology,mobile communication technology,APP design,database and cloud server technology.The system includes blood glucose monitoring terminal,smartphone APP and cloud server system.In the blood glucose monitoring terminal,this paper carries out detailed requirements analysis from two aspects of software and hardware,and selects key components to complete structural design and hardware circuit design.The blood glucose monitoring terminal collects blood glucose concentration data and sends it to the smartphone through NFC.The smart phone terminal mainly completes the APP interface design,the NFC communication function and the communication function with the cloud server.Finally,data storage and transmission functions are implemented on the cloud server system.The blood glucose monitoring terminal developed in this paper has a diameter of 25 mm,a thickness of 5mm and a weight of 5.12 g.There is no need for internal battery power,which meets the design requirements of small size and low power consumption.In the experiment and verification part,a glucose sensor with a conductive polymer-modified enzyme working electrode was used to test the glucose standard solution.The relationship between glucose concentration and sensor output voltage was established,and the glucose sensor was tested for anti-interference and stability performance.The test results show that the sensor glucose measurement linear range of 3-25 mmol/L,the sensitivity of 0.06 V/(mmol/L),and has a good 4/5000 anti-interference performance and stability.
