In today's society,almost all human social activities cannot be separated from the Internet.This is an era in which everything can be connected to the Internet.Especially in recent years,wireless communication technology has developed by leaps and bounds,and the society has changed from the era of 3G webpages to the era of 4G mobiles to the era of 5G Internet of Things in the future.At the same time,mobile smart terminals represented by smart phones are also developing rapidly in the direction of portability and intelligence.The development purpose of Internet technology is ultimately to improve people's quality of life.Following the tide of technology,replacing traditional medical methods with advanced medical+Internet systems has also become the research direction of many people.Malignant tumors have always been an unsolved problem for human beings,and these chronic diseases represented by malignant tumors have indeed plagued millions of patients.The treatment process for this type of disease is a long process.Patients need to enter and leave the hospital frequently;and they need to go to nearby hospitals and clinics for regular medical examinations.Medical staff want to rely on human resources to understand the real-time conditions of all patients,but it is more difficult.In response to these situations,the text designs and implements an online auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system.The system is divided into a mobile terminal and a PC terminal.The mobile terminal is implemented by WeChat mini-program technology,and is divided into two subsystems:a patient-side WeChat applet used by patients and a doctor-side applet used by medical staff.The PC is used by managers and doctors.Web background management system.This paper first introduces the background,significance and research at home and abroad status of online auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system,then analyzes the needs of the system,then designs the overall architecture of the system and carries out detailed design from the perspective of process,class,dynamic collaboration and database,and finally introduces the realization of the system and test results.The system of this paper is based on the client/server and browser/server architectures and is designed using the MVC model.The background uses the spring boot framework as the main framework,and also embeds module frameworks such as Shiro.The database uses a MySQL relational database,with JPA specifications for persistence operations,and uses Redis cache.The front-end web side uses the Layui framework and is also equipped with the Thymleaf template engine;the WeChat mini-program end uses the https protocol to request interaction with the background.Through the cooperation between the three subsystems,the entire online auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system basically realizes the management of personal information,abnormal information,hospitalization information,and time information for patients;for medical personnel,it also realizes the management of Its personal information,qualification credentials,login user,patient,etc.management;for the background administrator,the role,permissions,login users and other aspects of management.Through the system in this paper,the realization of various functions of the intelligent online auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system has been completed,forming a comprehensive management mode of "third-class first-class hospital--nearby hospital clinic--family".This mode can not only facilitate medical staff,but also enable patients to get more scientific management,so that the traditional way of managing patients can be put on the line and the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment can be improved.At the same time.
