| Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bushen Jianpi Recipe on Th17/Treg induced immune tolerance of recurrent abortion.Methods:a total of 60 patients with recurrent abortion were randomly divided into two groups:Chinese medicine group(Bushen Jianpi formula)30 cases,western medicine group(didroxyprogesterone)30 cases,The levels of Th17 and Treg cells,hCG,estrogen and progesterone were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical symptom score and pregnancy outcome were observed.Results:(1)the levels of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood:Th17 and Treg cells in two groups before treatment There was no statistical difference between the level of Treg cells and Th17/Treg ratio(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of Th17 cells in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05);after treatment,the Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05)After treatment,the level of Treg cells in the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05);after treatment,the ratio of Th17/Treg cells in the two groups was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the level of the peripheral blood sex hormone:there was no significant difference in the concentration of HCG and estradiol and progesterone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the concentration of HCG and estradiol and progesterone in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the concentration of HGC and estradiol and progesterone in the western medicine group was significantly lower than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);(3)TCM syndrome score:there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05);(4)Comparison of curative efffect of traditional Chinese medicine:the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment group were 90%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05);(5)Pregnancy outcome:the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment group was 86.67%and 80%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:Bushen Jianpi Recipe can regulate Th17/Treg balance and induce maternal and fetal immune tolerance by regulating the content of Th17 and CD4+CD25+cells in peripheral blood.Bushen Jianpi Decoction can effectively increase the concentration of estradiol,progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in peripheral blood.Bushen Jianpi formula has its own characteristics and advantages in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.This method has the effectiveness and pertinence,and is worthy of clinical application. |
