Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Jianxin Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Jianxin Decoction in patients with chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure who were diagnosed as chronic heart failure in the Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliate d Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control groups(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The control group was treated with convention al western medicine.The treatment group was supplemented with Shenqi Jianxin Decoction(Red Ginseng 15 g,Radix Astragali 20 g,Poria 15 g,Atractylodis Rhi zoma 10 g,Cinnamon Twig 6g,Salvia 15 g,Herba Epimedii 15 g,and Semen L ep-idii 10g).The TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function,plasma BNP,6-minute walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were observed after 4 weeks of treatment in the two g roups.Results: 1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05);2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: The TCM Syndrome Points of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);3.Comparison of effects of main symptoms: after treatment,the main symptoms of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);4.Comparison of plasma BNP: Plasma BNP decreased in both groups compared with before treatment,and the decline in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05);5.Comparison of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound indicators: LVEF increased after treatment in the two groups,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P <0.05);there was no significant difference in LVEDD between the two groups(P> 0.05);6.NYHA cardiac function comparison: The cardiac function classification of both groups of patients improved after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);7.Comparison of 6-minute walking test distance: The 6-minute walking distance of the two groups of patients was increased after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P <0.05);8.Safety comparison: There were no abnormalities in safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Shenqi Jianxin Decoction can improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure,reduce BNP levels,increase ejection fraction,improve NYHA heart function,improve exercise tolerance,and it is safe and reliable.
