The Effects On The Leveal Of The PCâ…¢ And HA Of The QI Deficiency,Blood Stasis And Water Stop Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure With Jianxin Granuie

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Jianxin granule who belong to deficiency of Heart Qi、Blood and Water Stasis syndrome type chronic heart failure,by observe the effect of Jianxin Granule on the expression of serum PCIII, HA, BNP and Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese Medicine in patients who belong to deficiency of Heart Qi、Blood and Water Stasis syndrome type chronic heart failure,and investigate the effect on myocardial fibrosis.Methods:Dividing the72patients who belong to deficiency of Heart Qi、Blood and Water Stasis syndrome type chronic heart failure into a control group and a treatment group randomly, each included36patients. The control group took Bisoprolol orally per day, and increased the dosage per week until to the maximum, while keeping the heart rate more than60times per minute. And the control group also took the Oral irbesartan75mg per day, and adjusted the dosage until to the maximum and they also took hydrochlorothiazide12.5mg per day.On the basis of the western medicine treatment,the treatment group plus the Jianxin Granule which took three times a day and one packet every time with lukewarm boiled water. The two groups both positively controled their original diseases and causes of the disease.At the same time controled their blood pressure and restricted them intake Sodium and water, and decreased the physical activities, they would be given the Oxygen Inhalation certainly and added other diuretic like furosemide to control the patient’s condition in the necessary.The course of treatment was both28days.During the treatment, the patients didn’t allowed take other Chinese medicine. Observing the changes of serum PCⅢ,HA,BNP,Symptomatic efficacy of Chinese Medicine between before and after treatment.Results:1.Before and after treatment the two groups on the symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine both had difference before and after treatment(P<0.05); and the comparison between the two groups after the treatment also had difference in statistics (P<0.05).2. The comparison on BNP:the two groups had difference before and after treatment(P<0.05), and the comparison between the two groups after the treatment had difference too,and the results both had significance in statistics (P<0.05).3. After the treatment, the serum PCIII and HA were both decreased of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05); and the treatment group was decreased more significantly (P<0.05). And the results had significance in statistics.Conclusion:Jianxin Granule can significant reduce the level of serum BNP and suppress PCIII and HA expression of the patients who belong to deficiency of Heart Qi、Blood and Water Stasis syndrome type chronic heart failure. Besides, Jianxin Granule not only can inhibited myocardial fibrosis but also can improve the patients single symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine and improve the cardiac function.
