| Objective:to measure the amplitude of frontal P wave(lead III P wave and lead I P wave)by calculating and observing it,and to determine whether it can be used as a screening method for copd in clinic.Method:choose 2017-2019 in our hospital inpatient and outpatient suspected copd with 300 cases,300 cases of healthy check-up crowd divided into experimental group and control group, through the review of suspected cases of patients with copd,it is concluded that P wave can be as a way of screening chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and establish the ROC curve by an cutoff is worth the facies frontalis P wave in the application of the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Results:compared with the control group, the IIIP wave in the experimental group was larger than the i-p wave, and the difference was statistically significant(x~2=101.57 P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in gender between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in age between the two groups at T test(T=513.881 P<0.001).IP and IIIP amplitude differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the electric axis Angle of QRS between the two groups(P>0.05).According to the area under the ROC curve of the amplitude of IIIP wave, the sensitivity 85%specificity 74%accuracy81.2%cutoff value 0.04 was obtained. Conclusions:frontal P wave can be used as a diagnostic criteria for screening for copd, but it is associated with the age of copd patients. |
