Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nourishing yin and blood decoction in the treatment of opioid induced constipation with deficiency of blood and body fluid in cancer pain patients.Methods:60 patients with opioid induced constipation with deficiency of blood and body fluid who were admitted to our hospital's oncology department(Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine),The time range is from December 2018 to January 2020,60 patients were completely randomized into two groups,30 patients in the experimental group were given nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose oral solution,The 30 patients in the control group were given with single drug lactulose oral solution,both groups were treated for one week,observe the changes in constipation symptoms,TCM syndrome accompanying symptoms,KPS scores and safety indicators before and after treatment.Results:(1)The nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose group and single drug lactulose was comparable in gender,ethnicity,age,tumor type,opioid type and dosage(P> 0.05).(2)There is a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of constipation improvement between the nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose group and the single drug lactulose group(P < 0.05).(3)The change of the total score of accompanying symptoms of TCM syndrome:Both groups can improve the accompanying symptoms of TCM syndromes(P <0.05),The experimental group(nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose)and the control group(single drug lactulose)differed in the degree of improvement of the total score of accompanying symptoms of TCM syndrome(P <0.05).(4)Changes in the score of each symptom of TCM syndrome accompanied by symptoms:There was a difference betweenthe experimental group(nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose)and the control group(single drug lactulose)in improving anorexia,sleeplessness,and sacral pain scores(P <0.05).(5)Changes in KPS score points:There was no significant difference in the improvement of KPS score points between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(6)In the study of nourishing yin and blood decoction combined with lactulose and single drug lactulose in the treatment of opioid induced constipation and deficiency of body fluid and blood in patients with cancer pain,There was no significant change in the safety indicators,and the two treatment schemes were safe.Conclusion:Nourishing yin and blood decoction has a good effect on improving the appetite,sleep and sacral pain in cancer pain patients with deficiency of body fluid and blood of opioid induced constipation,which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
