Retrospective Analysis Of Uyghur Medicine Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of Erythrodermic Psoriasis

Objective: To collect retrospective analysis of 70 cases of erythrodermic psoriasis patients treated by Uyghur medicine,and to summarize the Uyghur doctors' syndrome differentiation,clinical characteristics,treatment status and clinical efficacy 1.Changes in systemic symptoms and blood biochemical indexes before and after treatment,further explore the influencing factors of Uyghur medical effectiveness,and provide reference for the comprehensive management of erythrodermic psoriasis.Methods: Collect 70 cases of patients with erythrodermic psoriasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology,Uyghur Medical Hospital,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from December 2012 to December 2019,extract general patient information,treatment methods,etc.Further retrospective analysis.Results: The average age of 70 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis in this study was 39.97 years old,of which 36 were older than 40 years old(51.4%);60 were male(85.7%)and 10 were female(14.3%)),The male to female ratio is 6: 1;4 patients have a family history and are all male,66 patients have no family history;30 patients(42.9%)have onset in winter and 16 patients(22.9%)have spring The incidence is more common in winter and spring;the average length of hospitalization is about 32.97 days;the psoriasis course is 10-15 years and 19 cases(27.1%)are the most common;the average cost of hospitalization is 10471 million yuan,and the cost of hospitalization is distributed in 32 patients(45.7%)with the largest proportion accounted for between 0.5-1 million yuan;48 patients(68.6%)with aggravating factors,of which 17 cases consumed spicy irritating food(24.3%)The highest;23 patients with fever(32.9%),the average number of days to return to normal temperature is about 6.26 days;the original temperament is dry and hot,and the body fluid quality is 54 patients(77.1%);the pathogenic body fluid The qualities are blood decay type,salty mucus type,and burnt sediment type,of which blood decay type The type is the most common,accounting for 87.1%;The most used internal medicines for treatment are Smilax china syrup,Dijin grass myrica ointment,Smilax glabra myrica ointment,nightshade sherbet,external medicine rose flower oil,almond oil,and the special external treatment methods are medicinal bath Wet compress therapy;the comparison of symptoms before and after treatment shows that the symptoms of itching severity,chills,skin swelling and exudation,lower limb edema,sleep disorders,palmar toe keratosis and other symptoms are significantly reduced,The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average level and abnormal rate of WBC,HGB,ESR,CRP,TC were significantly reduced,the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the average level of HGB decreased and abnormal The rate increased,the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the average level of LDL-C decreased,the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the abnormal rate of TG was significantly reduced,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);in this study,the PASI score after treatment was significantly lower than the PASI score before treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);disease outcome results showed that 67 effective number of 70 patients,the proportion 95.8%;Multi-factor analysis of stepwise logistic regression of influencing factors of curative effect,ROC curve results showed that the best critical value of actual hospital stay was 21 days,and the predictive value was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions:(1)The spoilage type of blood quality is the main syndrome type of 70 patients with erythrodermic psoriasis.(2)The PASI score of 70 patients with EP treated by Uyghur medicine was significantly lower than before treatment.The blood biochemical inflammation index,blood lipid index and systemic symptoms were significantly improved,and the total effective rate was 95.8%.(3)The predictive days of the best marked effect of Uyghur medicine on erythrodermic psoriasis may be more than 21 days.
