Objective: Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)was used to investigate the subtle structural changes in the hypothalamus of hypertensive patients with sleep disorders,in order to provide objective imaging data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 40 patients with hypertension from the second affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university were selected, from December 2017 to June 2019 20 patients with sleep disorder were in the comorbidity group, and 20 patients without sleepd isorder were in the control group.Using DTI technology to obtain two groups of patients with hypothalamic anisotropic scores(fractional anisotropy,FA)and apparent diffusion coefficient(average diffusion coefficient,ADC)value, statistical methods were used to compare the difference of FA value and ADC value between two groups of hypertensive patients with sleep disorder(comorbidity group)and hype rtensive patients without sleep disorder(control group),to evaluate the correlation between course and FA and ADC in comorbid group by t test and Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results: The comparison of hypothalamic parameters between the comorbidity group and the control group showed that in the comorbidity group was FA=0.31±0.11,in the control group was FA=0.50±0.12,and P=0.000.It was found that FA in the comorbidity group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In comorbid group ADC=1.84±0.73,in control group ADC=1.45±0.41,P=0.045,ADC value of comorbidity group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis results between FA value and disease course in comorbid group showed that R=-0.659,P=0.002,this indicated that there was an obvious negative correlation between FA value and disease course in comorbid group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis between the course of disease and ADC value in comorbid group showed that R=0.546,P<0.001,this indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between the course of comorbidity and ADC value(P<0.05).In the comorbidity group, the FA value of the hypot halamus decreased and the ADC value increased with the duration of the disease. Conclusion: DTI technology in the diagnosis of hypertension patients, for patients with and without sleep disorder with or without sleep disorder parameters of the gender difference,it can provide the imaging diagnosis basis for the clinical treatment of hypertension patients with sleep disorders. To provide objective diagnostic dat a of imaging for accurate treatment of hypertension.
