Objective: lung ultrasonic inspection methods commonly used and cardiac ultrasound is the intensive care unit, and children with acute respiratory distress syndrome is a common clinical problem PICU,the purpose of this study is to investigate lung ultrasound combined cardiac ultrasound diagnostic value in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome, and provide PARDS diagnosis and clinical treatment of the late research reference. Methods: collecting breathing difficulties as the main symptoms of children admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit, the first day of admission to all lung ultrasound pre-operation,cardiac ultrasound and chest X-ray,pediatric PALICC developed in 2015 children with acute respiratory distress syndrome(PARDS)diagnostic criteria as the gold standard, children can be divided into PARDS group(30 cases)and non PARDS group(20 cases). To evaluate the value of pulmonary ultrasound combined with cardiac ultrasound in the early diagnosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome in children compared with gold standard. Results: PARDS group andPARDS groups in factors such as age, gender, and basic diseases, there is no statistically significant difference between PARDS lung ultrasound group and non PARDS score differences statistically significant(z=5.6336,P<0.001),and LVEF value level differences between the two groups have statistical significance(t=6.412,P<0.05),in mild, moderate and severe PARDS group PARDS lung ultrasonic score difference of the same(F=39.59,P<0.01),and with the increase of disease severity, lung ultrasonic score also rose,If the lung ultrasonic score is greater than 24 points, the children were diagnosed with the possibility of PARDS increases, the sensitivity was 76.66%,95.00%,and the gold standard diagnostic coincidence rate was 84.00%,compared PARDS Youden index is 0.72,the area under the curve is 0.941,and the lungs of ultrasonic joint echocardiographic diagnosis PARDS 86.70%,sensitivity was 95.00%,Youden index is 0.82,the area under the curve is 0.957.Conclusion: lung ultrasound combined with cardiac ultrasound can be used as a diagnostic method for acute respiratory distress syndrome in children, and the sensitivity of diagnosis can be improved by comprehensive evaluation of lung ultrasound and cardiac ultrasound, thereby reducing the rate of missed diagnosis.
