| Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of fugan ointment in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.Methods: 60 patients with cirrhotic ascites were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The body weight,abdominal circumference,24-hour urine volume,TCM symptoms and symptom scores,and the depth of ascites under B of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: 1.By comparing the gender,age,course of disease,etiology and weight,urine volume and abdominal circumference of the patients before treatment of the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After treatment,body weight,abdominal circumference and urine volume of the two groups were compared,respectively,with P<0.05,indicating statistically significant differences.The difference of abdominal circumference,body weight and urine volume of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,P<0.05.3.Before and after treatment,the deepest value of ascites dark area and the change of ascites depth under b-ultrasound detection were compared between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the depth of ascites and the depth of ascites in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and TCM symptom scores between the two groups was conducted(P<0.05,statistically significant).Conclusion: the method of western medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine combination therapy are effective in patients with liver cirrhosis ascites,but after liver paste acupoint sticking combined western medicine therapy is superior to pure western medicine treatment,can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce abdominal water,lower abdomen moisture degree,reduce weight,6,24 hours increase urine output,improve patient quality of life.No significant adverse reactions occurred in this study. |
