| Objective:Observation on the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction in treating children with mycoplasma pneumonia and qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: A total of 46 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,pneumonia,qi and yin deficiency syndromes were selected,all of which were derived from the inpatient and outpatient cases of the Pediatrics Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2019 to December 2019.The test group and control group were assigned 1: 1,and Consider that no more than 20% of the test cases fall off,and 23 cases each in the control and test groups.The control group was given azithromycin tablets for oral treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Qingzao Jiufei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,followed up for 1 month.Compare and analyze the mycoplasma antibody negative status before and after treatment in two groups of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,observe the changes of total effective rate,C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)before and after treatment in the two groups of patients before and after the clinical symptoms total score,major symptom score,minor symptom score,and individual symptom score changes,statistical analysis was performed to analyze the differences.Results:(1)The study found that the disappearance rate of mycoplasma antibody in the test group was higher than that in the control group after treatment and follow-up,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction and Western medicine in the conversion of mycoplasma antibody to negative advantages.(2)The total therapeutic effect of the experimental group after 4 weeks of treatment was better than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that Qingzao Jiufei Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment was more effective thanazithromycin alone.(3)After treatment,the test group reduced the PCT level better than the control group,indicating that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has an advantage in improving the patient’s PCT index.(4)The total symptom score,main symptom score,and minor symptom score of the test group were less than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that after 4 weeks of treatment,the test group was better than the control group in improving overall symptoms.The group has an advantage and can better relieve the patient’s symptoms.(5)Comparing the scores of individual symptoms,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving patients’ cough,sputum,night sweats,mental health,and diet.Conclusion:The overall curative effect of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction combined with azithromycin in treating children with mycoplasma pneumonia Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome is better than that of azithromycin alone group;Qingzao Jiufei Decoction combined with Western medicine is more effective than the control group in the conversion of mycoplasma antibody to negative;Qingzao Jiufei Decoction plus or minus combined with Western medicine treatment has an advantage over the azithromycin group in reducing PCT levels;The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group has better clinical symptoms than the control group,which improves the patient’s cough,sputum,night sweats,spirit,diet Outstanding advantages. |
