| Objective: To investigate the correlation between the levels of interleukin-33(IL-33),endothelial microparticles(EMPs)and tissue factor(TF)in coronary artery blood sample of patients with AMI.Methods: Total of 60 patients undergoing coron ary angiography in the Cardiology Department of our hospital from January to Dec ember 2019 were included and devided into AMI group(n=30)and CAD group(n=30).The blood samples were collected during coronary angiography,and the levels of EMPs,IL-33 and TF were detected.HCAEC were cultured in IL-33 intervention for 24 hours.DMF,an inhibitor of NF-κB pathway and ST2/IL-1R4 antibody sST2 was added to observe the difference of TF expression.Results:The levels of IL-33(134.25±44.98),EMPs(17.31±3.00),TF(307.05±47.66),NEUT(69.13±15.76),monocyt e(0.65±0.84),CTnT(0.73±1.75),CKMB(57.31±9.03),BNP(169.31±402.68)in AMI group were significantly higher than those in CAD group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation a nalysis showed that IL-33 was positively correlated with the expression of EMPs,T F,NEUT,CKMB,CTnT and the difference was statistically significant.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that IL-33 was independently correlated with the levels of EMPs(β=2.96,P<0.05)and TF(β=0.20,P<0.05).In vitro,after the intervention of HCAEC with IL-33,the level of TF in sST2 group was significantly lower tha n that in the control group(13.18±2.91 vs 24.16±2.38).Similarly,the level of TF in the DMF group was significantly lower than in the control group(90.50±4.11 v s 69.74±1.90).Conclusion: IL-33 in coronary blood of patients with AMI upregula tes the expression of EMPs and TF through IL-33/ST2 and NF-κB dependent path way and further induces acute thrombosis. |
